Lilium Villa is fenced, giving you a sense of absolute privacy, as it’s situated among olive trees in a quiet area, totally suitable for those seeking a holiday near the nature!
Indoors
The moment you enter the villa a relaxing, fresh atmosphere welcomes you. Tastefully selected furniture decorate the 140 m2 Villa, which can accommodate up to 8 guests in its 4 bedrooms. The Villa is painted in light colours, in shades of pink and purple, giving off a romantic ambience. The open-plan room features a comfortable living room area with a lovely open fireplace and a dining area for the whole family. Large windows in the dining area open to a shaded veranda, equipped with patio furniture, where you can have your breakfast and enjoy the fresh country air. Moving on, you will find the fully equipped kitchen, with top-grade amenities and an additional dining area, offering direct access to the pool terrace. Three of the bedrooms have double beds, while the fourth one features two single beds. All rooms of the Villa offer direct access to the pool and terrace spaces.
The villa has two bathrooms perfect for pampering! The family bathroom boasts a bathtub, ideal for enjoying a long bath after a day of exploration! Furthermore there is an additional bathroom with shower cabin.
Outdoors
If you are planning for your relaxing vacation with your family or friends, Lilium Villa is perfect for you with plenty of terrace space and shaded verandas for open-air sitting! The Villa boasts an outdoor area which covers 500 m2, features a large swimming pool (11 X 4 meters and 1,40m deep) with a special children’s compartment (0,40 cm deep), equipped with comfortable sun loungers, umbrellas, as well as an outdoor shower. To make things better, an outdoor, four-seater spa whirlpool (not heated) awaits you by the pool, perfect for soaking up the sun during the day, and watching the bright stars at night. Right next to the pool, you can use the BBQ facilities and enjoy your meals at the rustic dining area under the shade of the pergola. Furthermore, a traditional oven and an outdoor counter with a sink are also available, for your outmost comfort and ease. Unleash your cooking skills, amaze your gathering and enjoy the unique experience of al fresco dining! Finally, the owners will treat you to home grown vegetables from the garden!
Lilium Villa is also very baby friendly oriented, ideal for a family vacation, as it’ s a flat property, without any stairs, ideal for families travelling with small kids, as it provides easy access between the indoors spaces and the outdoors areas. Additionally, the 300 m2 lawn covered terrace is ideal for young kids to play and a enjoy a carefree holiday! A playground is also available for our young guests, along with 3 bicycles! Lilium Villa is located in Perama town which is within 5 minutes driving to everything that you might need like shops, bakery, grocery store, taverns, cafes, supermarkets, ATM machines, pharmacies, gas stations and post office.
Location Overview.
Also Panormo, is a friendly sea side village, 10 minutes away by car and well known for its sandy beaches. The two main beaches are Limanaki and Limni. Both of them are sandy with clear blue water and ideal for kids, as they are shallow and well protected from winds. The beaches are organised and equipped with sun beds & umbrellas. Water sports are also available. The harbour beach in front of the village is the port of the area, where the boats tie up, this beach is unorganised.
The village has all the facilities and amenities one would need : well-stocked mini-markets, post office, pharmacy, a doctor’s office, bakery (hot, fresh bread every morning from 9 am), various gift shops and traditional seaside shops at very reasonable prices.
Further, there is a good selection of cafes and excellent traditional tavernas, overlooking the harbour and the sea, which offer a warm welcome and a beautiful setting to enjoy some traditional Cretan food, fish as well as international dishes.
Panormo has regular bus itineraries every 30 minutes that connects Heraklion and Chania cities.
