This property is a Myrtle Beach landmark and features an expansive pool deck with indoor and outdoor pools. On-site you will find the Ground Floor Cafe, proudly serving Starbucks and sweet treats. Indigo Coastal Kitchen on the second floor is open for breakfast and dinner. Hours vary by season. During our warmest months, we open our pool bar during our warmest months and schedule live entertainment on the pool deck.

THINGS TO KNOW
Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation, and additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites. Children's Activities - This program is available at Patricia Grand and Bay Watch from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more! This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.

very pet friendly

Even though this is an older property a lot of updating has been done. The staff was attentive and pleasant. The pool area exceeded expectations. The location was good. We were able to walk down the beach to the board walk and also to a few near-by restaurants. There is a small park next door that was perfect for our small dog. We will defiantly consider stay at the Patrica Grand again!

The condo was beautiful! My family and I have been to Myrtle Beach numerous of times and the cleanliness of this unit was top tier. The swimming pools were relaxing and we got to bring our pug Nala. Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful!

This property was absolutely beautiful! I've never stayed so high up but the view was worth it! I hate riding elevators but there was no way I was going up 14 flights of stairs multiple times a day. There was only one time during our stay that the elevator was full but the staff was friendly and worked quickly to solve the one problem we had. 10/10 would stay here again.

Had a good time

Location is right in front of the beach. It is a 20-30min walk to the main boardwalk area (or a quick drive+paid parking). The wifi was nice and it was nice to have a working kitchen. The pools and hot-tubs were nice and the staff was helpful. Just be careful with the cancellation policy - BUY TRIP INSURANCE if you intend to stay here, otherwise it was reasonably clean (expected a little more for the price I paid) and there are lots of kids and some party goers so expect some noise in pool areas -- the higher floor rooms are fairly quiet and fairly sound proof.

Loved my stay, will most assuredly come back!!!

The room was spacious, had a beautiful view of the ocean, everything was in good working condition, beds were so comfortable, had a full kitchen, and everything was clean. The staff were very helpful and nice, the Starbucks onsite was great and yummy, and the beach was clean and not overcrowded (I did chose to go though when kids were going back to school and weather not too hot). My family and I stayed 5 days and 4 nights, we had a blast!!!

Great get away

This was my first VRBO rental. The unit was as described. Balcony was amazing. Facilities were nice and the pool bar was awesome.

Great value

We rented two rooms for a family of 5 adults. Right on the ocean with ocean front balconies. Bathroom was a bit small. Some parts of the buildings facilities need updating but it seems like management is in the process of making improvements. Would definitely stay here again. Stayed in rooms 1432 and 1434.

Thanksgiving Getaway

Property has great pools, indoor and outdoor (heated), location on 29th is good for beach and not far from downtown. Room was clean and had everything needed. Toilet was a small problem, it was loose to the floor and wobbled a bit and at first wouldn't flush but easy for me to fix.
