3 Bedroom Ocean green Cottage with a short walk to the Beach

These individual cottages come with all the conveniences of home including a full kitchen plus a washer and dryer in every unit. Ocean Green Cottages are raised beach homes, with parking underneath for your convenience. Only a short distance to the white sandy beaches and Blue Atlantic or just relax by the pool and enjoy the beautifully landscaped grounds.
Ocean Green Cottages are centrally located in the northern end of Myrtle Beach close to major attractions, shopping, dining, golf, plus much more.
A 3 bedroom raised beach house just blocks from the ocean, with 2 full baths, large living and dining area, central heat and air conditioning, spacious balcony, cable TV, internet and completely equipped full sized kitchen with a range/oven, refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, disposal, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster.
The master bedroom suite has a private bath (tub/shower combo) and a King sized bed. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. The third bedroom has one double bed and one twin bed. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. There are 4 TVs. Convenient pools are located throughout the community. Convenient parking underneath the raised beach cottage. Parking permits are required.
UNIT IS LIMITED TO THE NUMBER OF PERSONS ALLOWED UNDER LISTED OCCUPANCY
NO SMOKING, NO MOTORCYCLES/TRAILERS
NO PETS ALLOWED
NOTE: Community Amenities such as Pools are not under our control and may or may not be available from time to time because of health, damage or legal issues.

Felt like home

Everything was very nice. Not to fancy. Just very nice and comfortable. The teenage girls, age 19, breathed a sye of relief and picked their room immediately. Then we walked to the beach in no time flat. We had a very nice time.

Great Stay

Family of 6 stayed for 7 days. We had enough room for all. The house was comfortable, nice kitchen and we used the washer & dryer alot! The kids loved the pool and I loved the walk to the beach which is about .25mile. The only recommendation I would have it some type of black out curtains in the Master Bedroom. Don't get me wrong I love the sun but there was a couple days I would have like to sleep in a bit with the sun blasting in plus it would help keep the heat out on the extremely hot days.

Worst vacation ever

Worst vacation ever could not have a motorcycle on property during bike week. I was asked to remove it from the premises which I did but still had to drive the bike there to get my girlfriend so she didn’t have to walk to the house. Jim arrest me for two days and then charge me $800 on extra fees of $200 a day for having my motorcycle parked up there when it was not there or not been parked there. Everyone in the neighborhood had motorcycles going to their homes visiting or staying at other homes but Jim continue to arrest me when mine was not there. I would not recommend anyone to go through grandstand.

Place was nice. Could have been a little cleaner and needs a few things updated

Overall property was nice. The beach is a tough walk from the house (should plan to take your car) the dryer, coffee pot ,and toast could be replaced. And the showers and tile could be worked on. Had a problem with the hot water not working someone showed up to fix it within the hour! Check in was easy and it’s really nice being able to park under the house! Even with the small flaws we would us the house again.

Golf in MB

Exactly what we needed on a golf weekend, beds were good, easy location, the price was excellent. Not fancy, but easily livable. Key pickup and dropoff were a piece of cake and communication was fantastic.

Vacation Rental

This rental property is in an excellent location close to beach,grocery stores and restaurants.The neighborhood is kept in exceptional condition I felt safe and also welcome.The unit itself was clean and adequately supplied only very outdated .We enjoyed sitting on porch but only a few plastic stackable resin chairs available . I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great place but bad instructions and property manager!

I loved this beach home. The location was great and convenient to the beach. Way less hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach. Nice pool and good neighborhood. However, the check out instructions were not given to us ahead of time. Instead, the check out instructions were sent the night before check out in an email. Who is checking emails while on vacation! Not me! The check out instructions were that of a cleaning crews assignment. We did not leave the place in shambles. We washed the dishes but didn’t put them away! That was a big NO NO! We left a fourth of trash in the trash can! That was a NO NO! Because of these things our deposit was kept and a extra $100 was required! Are you kidding. We made sure the place was left ok and this was unnecessary. I think it all depends on which property manager you get but I was upset by the way the check out and deposit was handled.

Nice Place

We had 5 people and there was plenty of room. It's an easy walk to the beach. The pool in the development is very close and very nice.

Vacation time

nice and neat aw advertised. not a lot of frills just the basics you need. main TV flickered every 8 seconds and was annoying. great location with a LOT of attractions, restaurants and activities near by

Great place to stay

The property was in a great location. Some minor repairs should have been made prior to being rented out in my opinion (large stain on the carpet in a bedroom and a small hole in the drywall that may have been caused by moving furniture)--just to avoid any issues with when the damages occured. Aside from that, everything was clean, and worked as expected.

Family Vacation

It looked better in person than it did in person. Clean. The tv in the lv room kept going out. And we saw a few bugs. But all together it was a great stay for the money

The property was great and so peaceful! The community of people were very friendly. The kids in group enjoyed the pool. Only complaint I really had was there wasn’t enough towels for everyone and enough garbage bags

Great Spot!

We had an amazing time! About a 10-15 minute walk from the Ocean. The pool is just a few houses down. This house sits right on the corner, very easy access to the main road! Very minor things could use some updates in the house but overall it was absolutely amazing! Plenty of room & great location. We will definitely be returning!

Great rental unit

Booked very last minute and couldn't be more pleased with the unit. It's much larger than the photos show and the kitchen had everything one would need to prepare meals. We drove to the beach so the longer walk to the beach didn't bother us. The pool was a pleasant surprise and overall, we couldn't be happier with the price and quality of the stay. I don't think the photos do this rental justice. It was clearly rehabbed only a short while ago, so we feel fortunate. Thank you.

Disappointing communication

After booking the property, I was sent a contact in PDF format. I thoroughly reviewed the contract and no where does it mention restrictions on trailers or motorcycles. Due to inclement weather in Arkansas, we were forced to trailer the bikes which, per the contract, should have been allowed. The space depicted on the picture was more than adequate to park a trailer under the home and plenty of room for two motorcycles. Upon arrival, we were told by an HOA board member that trailers and motorcycles were not allowed on the property at all. When I visited the property management company to officially check in, they then stated that motorcycles and trailers are in fact prohibited. Upon check in, we realized that the beds were not made, several tiles were cracked, and the additional rules were not posted but printed out and laying on the side of the living room TV. The TV input (HDMI 3) does not have audio. The bathroom cabinets were padlocked as well. It did not have a welcoming feeling at all. I will not be staying here ever again nor will I be using a rental from this management company. The staff was great but the overall experience was disappointing.
