Indigo Coastal Kitchen on the second floor is open for breakfast and dinner. Hours vary by season. During our warmest months, we open our pool bar during our warmest months and schedule live entertainment on the pool deck.

Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation, and additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites. Children's Activities - This program is available at Patricia Grand and Bay Watch from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more! This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.

Absolutely Disgusting!!

Me and my husband checked into this property and immediately left right back out. There was a mysterious wetness on the bathroom floor and the floor outside of it. The patio was filthy, covered in trash, Capri suns, face masks, hair, I wish I could post pictures to show how dirty it was. The room is dated and there are cracks in the ceiling. Mysterious black splotches on the ceiling, walls, and bathroom door. I would reccomend anyone staying here if they want to enjoy their stay in myrtle beach.

Great stay

We stayed at the Patricia Grand because of location and because it was pet friendly. My wife and I were amazed at how cleanly the building was at all times. I never once smelled a pet odor and we saw people constantly vacuuming/mopping/sweeping etc. We were very impressed and will book here again.

Just a great getaway

I love everything about the Patricia Grand the people was nice they have a great place for the doggies they are dog friendly plenty of lazy rivers and pools hot tubs can't wait to see them again we do have an anniversary coming out February 14th can't wait to go back

The pictures the website shows of the rooms are not necessarily the rooms that you get. The picture of the hotel room that we chose based on the room number was not the same room we checked into. I had to clean part of the room and bathroom. And the view though it was a Oceanview had a gutter distraction that ruined the view.

The under staffing of this hotel was by far absurd! Floors in room and outside hallway are nasty and had to wipe your feet constantly or your bed would have sand in it. I understand short staff but you can't cut corners to cleanliness.

Very displeased with cleanliness

Catch pad right off my balcony with hundreds of cigarette butts, cans, bottles, etc. They did clean when I asked but right back same way next day. Even a dirty diaper. Outside these rooms in hall is housekeeping so they were always yelling and being very loud at all hours. There was even a dirty rag still hanging in shower. Asked for towels and front desk said they were out and called housekeeping and told them. Never showed. 1 1/2 days later I went and asked and housekeeper said they were out and was waiting on truck to deliver. WORST part was my emails to VACASA have still not been responded to.
