We care about your safety. The entire condo is sanitized thoroughly according to CDC guidelines after each rental.

Newly updated condo with ocean views from the master bedroom and living room balcony. Walk to the adjacent Family Kingdom Amusement Park, water park, zip line park, beach, shopping, bars and many restaurants. The 2nd Street pier and Boardwalk are just a few short blocks away.

This condo is fully stock and has everything you need to make your vacation one to remember for years to come. Has two large bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa allowing plenty of room to spread out. There are also two full bathrooms with plenty of plush linens for your comfort. Has a fully equipped kitchen and eat at bar with full size appliances and all the necessary supplies to cook a well balanced meal.

The condo has it's own private laundry room for your use. It contains boogie boards and beach chairs to make your stay even easier and a full size washing machine and dryer.

When your tired of the beach you can find plenty to do without ever leaving our property. Our building has outdoor showers, an outdoor swimming pool, separate baby pool and indoor / outdoor hot tub. There is also a fenced in sports court with tennis and basketball courts. Next to the pool there are large new gas grills, picnic tables and benches to host your own private picnic. For your safety and peace of mind we also maintain 24 hour security.

Summer Sand

This property had a lot of sand on the floors. A rug that doesn't cause you to slip upon entry would be a great help. The ocean view is minimal. The place is cluttered with knick-knacks that, in my opinion, belong in the owner's closet. The beach chairs were not in working order. The HOA seems overly strict.

Our Holiday stay

We enjoyed our stay overall, despite having to deal with a strong tropical storm during our visit. However, we did notice some cleanliness issues — there were hairs on the bed sheets, bathroom floor, and in the shower, which we had to clean ourselves before using the space. Additionally, the outdoor chairs were not very comfortable due to the thin cushions. That said, having access to a laundry room and cleaning supplies made it manageable and allowed us to maintain the space during our stay.

Okay trip

Property was nice and clean. The tv in the bedroom did not work and the dryer didn’t work. I did get ahold of the owner to let her know. The stove kept turning off as well every time we tried to set the timer.

Dirty condo

Wouldn't go back to this particular condo.Not a clean place...floors very dirty. Area rugs and furniture dirty with crumbs in tbe couch. No screens on windows or sliding door. Utensils very old and plastic. Most dishes were cracked. Baking soda in the freezer from 2022. Limited to serving bowls...only one and was cracked. I complaint to the hostess that her condo wasn't well kept but didnt bother to resent the cleaning lady. She might tell others that i wanted money back but i never asked for anything back. Before we went there i did see a bad review on her place being dirty and no screens on the windows. She replied back to me saying she did send the cleaning lady back to check out of what the client was complaining about and the cleaning lady said everything was fine. She also said that this client was making this fuss because she wanted money back which i doubt as well. Well im making the same complaint but she never offered to send the cleaning lady for me to show her what an awful job she does in cleaning. The hostess also told me that she was there herself to fix her bathrooms and also to do deep cleaning. Well if she thinks she did deep cleaning i don't know where she did it. Also she never mentioned that the condo pool is not heated. We were there for 5 weeks and not even once did we go in. Poorly advertised. Yes she should give us a discount if clients are not happy...but she won't which to me she's not a very trustworthy person.

Cleanliness, furniture

The floor was black with grim, sand in the bed when we arrived. Had to wash sheets and would like to have washed bedspreads. Sofa and chair were dirty and worn out. The sliding glass door was VERY difficult to open and close. The carpet under the table was grossly stained and needs to be removed. This was the diritiest Vbro I have ever stayed in.

Great location not to much noise place was well maintained n clean.

I was very impressed n would definitely stay there again price was reasonable definitely recommend if you got a small family of 6 or so it's plenty of room and a clean place to stay.

Nice location close to beach

2nd level right next to the stairs was convenient. Location close to beach was nice. Appreciated the paper towel and blankets.

Great location. Cute decor. Bathrooms need bleached/ tilex on shower walls. A/c worked overtime. Still seemed humid!

Short family vacation

Stay was okay. Property/condo needs updates. Grounds were well kept. Biggest thing was the dirty towels on check in hanging on back of door and had to wash all the towels before using because they smelled like cigarette smoke so bad.No hand soaps or hand towels in bathrooms, only one extra roll of toilet paper in the condo and the ones already on the holders were not full. Did contact host about this and she did offer to send someone with them but we had already went and purchased soaps and hand towels. Was close to beach and was nice to have beach chairs in the condo we could use.
