    The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check-in at the front desk. You will receive this code the day or your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check-in.



    Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.



    Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.

Cleanliness: 7/10 Location: 9/10 Booking Process: 0/10 The cleanliness of the room was ok. The baseboards in the bedroom could use some cleaning, there was a large expired cockroach in the track of the bedroom closet, but the bathroom and kitchen were clean. The location was excellent. About a 10 min walk from the beach and they have golf carts that will take you back and forth. This management company requires additional steps outside of the Expedia site to confirm the reservation which made the booking very inconvenient. After a number of emails back and forth, I was required to come into an office the day of my reservation to show documents to confirm the reservation (the other option was to email personal docs which I did not feel comfortable with). For this reason, I wouldn't book with this management company again.

This unit is managed by Big Fish rentals who I will avoid going forward at all costs. I paid for an early check-in but did not receive the door code timely; therefore, I entered the unit about 30 minutes after original check in time. So, I paid for a service not received. The person texting info from the company simply said "I'm sorry" with no offer of compensation. On final day of trip I requested and received a late checkout due to the late check-in, but was on the road before original checkout time. The unit was not stocked with an adequate supply of towels and washclothes, 4 each for 2 adults for 4 days. That required doing laundry while there and the unit's advertised washing machine was out of service. Big Fish may not have been aware which is definitely a lack of communication with owner as the washer advertisement should not be included in the listing. Although located in a nice gated resort, this unit is a solid half mile from beach so being your walking shoes. The unit is nicely decorated with a well-stocked kitchen--utensils, kitchenware, etc., so the unit was enjoyable minus the above concerns.
