The property is old as many of them at the beach are but dont let the outside fool you. The inside was very nicely kept. The room was very clean. The stay was enjoyable 😉

I loved the apartment, had a beautiful view of the ocean and the town. Comfy, two bathrooms and one bedroom, huge balcony, good kitchen, two TVs. Oceanfront on some of the nicest parts of Myrtle Beach. Clean, and great price. The main drag is only a few minutes by car, this is the quieter (and I would say nicer) part of town, less touristy, beach is beautiful and clean and the price was great. Parking garage is pretty good. Only drawback is having to check in a few blocks away certain times because there is not front desk staff 24-7. However I had a great experience and would definitely return.

Long Weekend Getaway

We were looking for a easy relaxing long weekend at the beach. Forest Dunes helped us make this possible. Room was clean, great ocean view and very quite. Weather was excellent and the poolside setup was wonderful as well. Will consider staying at Forest Dunes on future beach trips.

Location is great and it's in a very nice and quiet part of the beach. Very close to the beach and having 3 pools and 2 hot tubs is a plus! There is also a restaurant on the ground level so if you don't feel like going anywhere, thisnis a great option and drinks are good. The room has a nice set up with a full kitchen. The balcony is my most favorite part.

I loved everything about this place! We were off a quiet street, but still close enough to other things to do. The indoor/outdoor pools and outdoor hot tub was nice. the heating unit was very noisy (seems old!)but beside this no complaint! Danielle :) The fact that the condo was on 4th floor was perfect. We have loved the large patio on the second floor for morning coffee and the apero on the balcony! great place to stay for sure... We were there from Jan 11 to Feb 9 2023, the area is the bigest asset !

I liked the fact they kept the common areas clean. The employees there were helpful and friendly. The condo was spacious and comfortable. What I didn’t like that they did not clean the condo while we were there. You had to ask them if you needed towels or bed sheets changed.

It was affordable ocean view and access. Only complaints are only one working elevator and condition of sofa bed was poor. Uncomfortable to sleep in and filled with pet dander and I have terrible allergy to it so sleep was not comfortable entire stay. Employees were so sweet, friendly and helpful. Good location to beach,but away from attractions, mop and broom in closet were unusable. Table on balcony kept falling apart,fridge kept making noise all night, fan in bathroom fell while my daughter was on toilet,reported it to front desk,was not fixed during our entire stay.

The room was OK, but needed dusting, one of the chair, legs on the dining table was broken, the blinds will not work in the bedroom, so we had to manually close them and open them, one of the handles on the drawer in the kitchen was broken, and the sliding door to the patio was extremely hard to open and close. These things were reported to the hotel upon discharge and some before we were leaving, but nothing was done before we left.
