We invite you to stay at our Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath Condo (top- 3rd floor, with Elevator) found in the sought after Myrtlewood Golf Resort and Villas, in the Magnolia Pointe Community.

LOCATION LOCATION! We are on the Golf Course, with Private Balcony and a Beautiful Golf Course View! We are approximately only 1 mile to the beautiful ocean and beach.
Our Condo is centrally located to ALL that Myrtle Beach has to offer (yet we are out of the hustle and bustle).

Our condo sleeps 5, Great Rates, and we also have many repeat guests.

We have beautiful grounds, walking/ biking trails, 7 pools to choose from, 2 Golf Courses w Driving range and Casual Dining on site over looking the Intracoastal Waterway.

We are approx a mile drive straight out of Myrtlewoods Driveway to the Gorgeous Beach, (we provide beach chairs, toys etc) as well as close to Shopping, Restaurants, Entertainment, Family Fun, Cal Ripkin, Competitions, Conferences and of course Golf right behind us!

** Keeping our Condo Clean and Updated is our Number 1 Priority for Guests.

*Our housekeeping service uses disinfectant with all cleanings to be ready prior to your arrival.
Being on the top (3rd) floor you will find that we have Cathedral Ceilings, along with the additional serenity as no one is above you.

Guests must be at least 25 years old to Reserve and Rent our condo. (Please Note: our place is NOT a “partying” condo).

Our Condo Sleeps up to 5 guests (MAX is 5).

We are a Non Smoking /Vaping condo, including the balcony (Ash container can be found downstairs).

*We provide cards/family games as well as toys/games for children too!
* A Child's Booster Seat is provided.

*A Large Fully Equipped Kitchen (full size appliances, the freezer includes a ice maker inside).
*2 Full Bathrooms- a walk-in shower, and a bathtub/shower.
* Mattress protectors on all beds.
* A Large private balcony overlooking the golf course.

~The Primary Bedroom has a King Bed with view of the golf course, Private Full Bathroom (tub/shower), Dresser, Walk in Closet, and TV.

~The Second Bedroom has Twin Beds for Adults or Children, Full Closet, Dresser, TV and Bath with a walk in shower.

~Queen Sleeper Sofa in Living Room.

*Hair Dryers are in both bathrooms.
*Towels, Sheets, Blankets and Pillows are Provided (However this does not include Beach Towels).

*Full Size Washer and Dryer. Ironing Board and Iron.
*Flat-screen TVs in the Living Room and Bedrooms.
*Free WIFI.

*We provide Keyless Entry: Prior to arrival, we will give a personal access code to our door, as well as directions to our place once inside Myrtlewood. Very easy~ Go right to our condo at any time.

*If booking for Events (Cal Ripken, Dance/ Cheer Competition’s etc) the parent or legal guardian must accompany their child or children. Teams are not to gather in our condo. TY

*PLEASE NOTE: Per Magnolia Pointe Rules: Motorcycles, Slingshot Vehicles, Scooters, Motor Homes, Buses, Jet Skis, Boats, Recreational Equipment and Trailers are not permitted on the property~

THERE IS SO MUCH TO DO! ~
~ ENJOY THE WALKING/BIKING TRAILS as well as the many Outdoor POOLS and Grilling Areas: Guests will find Charcoal Grills at the Pool Areas. We have grilling utensils for your convenience.

* GOLF ~ If you are a Golfer, you will find 2 Golf Courses in Myrtlewood- Pine Hill and Palmetto , as well as a Driving Range, Putting Green, Clubhouse, and a (Casual) Restaurant overlooking the Intracostal Waterway. We are also near many Golf Courses that Myrtle Beach is known for.

* BEACH~ Take time to enjoy the beautiful stretch of Myrtle Beach - drive straight out of the driveway, approximately 1 mile from our condo is the famous section of the beach known as the 'Golden Mile' that has unobstructed views! No Hotels at this beach! Lots of Public Parking and we provide the Beach Chairs, Beach Toys and even Boogie Boards! The Grand Strand alsohas many beaches for you to enjoy!

*We are CENTRAL TO: Many Restaurants and Shopping! Such as Broadway on Beach (Ripley's Aquarium), Barefoot Landing and Outlet Stores. The Skywheel, Boardwalk, CAL Ripkin, Miniature Golf, Water Park, Nasar Go - Carts, MB Convention Center, Market Commons along with Grocery Stores and Pharmacies. Don't forget the Entertainment as well as Murrells Inlet, Brookgreen Gardens, State Parks, etc. The list goes on.

* FINALLY- OUR LOCATION is a short 2-hour drive to Charleston or Wilmington, plan a day trip!
