It was a nice place to stay for the week. The condo was clean with a few exceptions ( top of refrigerator and some light fixtures were dusty, had garbage from previous guest in the can and inside refrigerator could have been cleaned out better) but for the most part very clean. My family has a good time and it was close to the beach, food and shopping areas. It was nice having a kitchen and living room area. I would stay there again.

Upon booking through Expedia, I was not aware that I was actually booking through Elliott Beach Rentals. It should be noted that if you choose to “pay at property”, they will call you after you book for a down payment and then you are required to pay in full x amount of days before you arrive. You also are required to sign their rental agreement ahead of time in order to reserve. When we arrived at the property after retrieving our keys from a separate lockbox location, we discovered there were no instructions provided on where the room was located (where the closest area to park, which elevators/stairwell was the closest). We spent 30 minutes with our luggage trying to locate the room. Since we arrived so late, we did not have initial access to the elevators meaning we had to carry luggage up 8 flights of stairs. Expedia does note no elevator access, but I think this is important to note how many flights are inside the building (not to mention the 4 levels of the parking deck). Once we arrived in the room, we were in complete shock. It was disgusting. The sheets were not clean, the comforter/quilts had stains, the floor was not clean, there was crumbs all over the couch, there was a dirty spoon left in the sink. I would also like to mention that the King bed is on the floor, no box spring, just the mattress with a frame around it. They also do not have curtains in the room and chose to put a picture over the window leading to the hallway. It stays bright the entire night.
