  • Ocean view studio on the 12th floor of South Hampton has been updated with new LVP flooring, new furniture. It has 2 queen beds, work / study desk area, coffee maker and small fridge. Easily take a book, your laptop, coffee and cocktails out to your own private balcony and enjoy all the stunning sunrises and sunsets. It features a private balcony, free parking, and free high speed WiFi (400 Mbps).



    ***Please be advised of the South Hamptons corridor remodeling project is scheduled to start on Monday, October 5th, and is expected to take approximately 7 months to complete.

    Work will begin on floors 1 and 2, then proceed to floors 16 and 15, continuing downward two floors at a time***



    The South Hampton Tower is an oceanfront 16 story high rise building located in Kingston Resort. The 24/7 gated entrance provides safety and security in this family friendly environment.



    Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (Embassy does not sell pool passes).



    Weekly and monthly discounts available. $300 security deposit held.



    This condo can be rented with South Hampton 1202 next door to create a 3 Bed / 3 Bath combo for extra guests.

    - Access to private South Hampton pool, St James pool, and Beach pool. Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED.

    - Free access to Mega Fitness Gym (about 1 mile away)

    - High-quality towels and sheets (bring your own pool / beach towels)

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property to other travelers. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. One of the highlights was the incredible ocean view, along with the beautiful sunset views each evening, which made our stay even more memorable. The check-in and check-out process was simple, smooth, and hassle-free. The host was outstanding throughout our stay, responding quickly to questions and providing detailed information about the property, amenities, and local area. Their communication made everything easy and stress-free from start to finish. If you're looking for a clean, well-managed place with stunning views and excellent hospitality, this is a great choice.
