Step inside to find an open and spacious living area adorned with beautifully burnished floors, comfortable and attractive furniture, and all the conveniences you'd expect on a world-class vacation. After preparing a delicious lunch in the full kitchen, take your masterpiece to the handsome dining table or outside on the expansive balcony to dine alfresco in the fresh air. After a fun day at the beach, you can come home to throw your sandy beachwear into the private washer/dryer then amble out to enjoy a refreshing drink while watching the golfers right across the way. Have a little work to do while you're here? The home is equipped with a work desk and chair and the fast WiFi will make it easy to perform some online research for those last-minute projects. Reward your hard work with a nice swim in the shared pool then kick back in the living room to watch a good movie or show on the TV while the central AC and ceiling fans cool everything down.

Incurred fines sent from the HOA to the owner because of guests bringing pets are $100 per day, per animal.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
