    Welcome to our non-smoking, privately owned condo. Please treat it with the same care and respect as you would your own home. Although no one is living on-site 24/7, we will address any issues as quickly as possible.



    Note: 1. Please be aware that this condo does not include access to the waterpark and its associated lazy river situated behind the parking deck. Additionally, the Game Room / Family Funzone is unavailable for use. You will still have access to all other water features at the resort.



    Note: Motorcycles are not allowed at the resort's parking.

    Conveniently located and within steps of the beach, you can enjoy walks on the beach, swim in the pools, and dine at onsite restaurants. It's just a short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium, and IMAX Theatre.
