Entry from the covered front porch is a breeze with keyless entry. Warm tile flooring greets with a cozy sectional sofa , a coffee table and a large slat screen TV with Roku. The first floor level offers a laundry area with a washer and dryer. A full-bathroom with a shower is on the first level.

Gather around the dining room table with seating for 4 to eat or play. The kitchen features black on black appliances complimented with smooth granite counters and is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals in for family and friends.

The bedrooms are both located on the second level. The first bedroom offers a queen-sized bed while the second has a queen-size bed and twin-size bed. Both bedrooms have comfortable bedding and a television with Roku. There is a shared full bathroom.
