Guest Access:

• You're also welcome to enjoy the Holiday Sands Resort amenities, including the indoor pools, lazy river, hot tub, fitness center, and direct beach access. Amenity wristbands are provided at check-in.



• Park up to 2 vehicles in the resort's parking garage using the 2 parking passes provided at check-in.



• Check in at the Holiday Sands registration desk, where you'll get your key cards, wristbands, and parking passes. Please bring a valid photo ID that matches the name on the reservation.



The Neighborhood:

Holiday Sands Resort sits on the south end of Myrtle Beach, an area many guests love for its laid-back feel while still being close to the action. You're a short drive from fresh seafood, oceanfront bars, live music, shopping, and top golf courses, plus the Boardwalk, Market Common, and the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to explore the Grand Strand, and free garage parking for 2 vehicles is included. The area's must-see spots are all a short drive away, and ride-share services are available throughout Myrtle Beach.



Other Things to Note:

▶︎ Check-In

• Check-in is at the Holiday Sands registration desk in the main building. The primary guest must show a valid photo ID that matches the name on the reservation. If your reservation details need updating, message us before arrival.



▶︎ Parking

• Free garage parking for up to 2 passenger vehicles. Please keep both parking passes displayed in your vehicles at all times. The garage has height limits.

• Motorcycles are allowed only during official Bike Week dates. Each one counts as 1 of your 2 vehicles, parks on the garage's 1st floor, and needs its license plate registered at check-in.

• The resort doesn't allow bicycles, golf carts, trailers, mopeds, boats, RVs, buses, trikes, watercraft, or oversized or commercial vehicles on the property. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed.

• Parking is first-come, first-served during peak times like holidays, summer weekends, and major events.



▶︎ Age Requirement

• The resort requires the primary guest to be 25 or older.



▶︎ Length of Stay

• The maximum stay is 20 days. Longer stays may be available by request with approval before booking.



▶︎ Security Cameras

• Holiday Sands has security cameras and security staff in non-private areas, including hallways, elevators, and amenity spaces. There are no cameras inside the condo.



▶︎ Pest Control

• Routine preventative pest control is done monthly and may happen during your stay.



▶︎ Beach Gear

• Beach gear isn't provided, but seasonal rentals are available from the lifeguards on the beach.

• We're a local, hands-on team available daily from 7 AM to 11 PM by message. Arriving after 11 PM? Message us ahead of time so we can plan for your arrival. Messages sent overnight may get a delayed response.
