    An exquisite and tranquil stay along the South Carolina coast awaits when you book this fantastic condo for you and your loved ones to escape the humdrum of everyday life. Just down the road from beautiful white sandy beaches, you can spend your days sunbathing, collecting shells, or renting waterfront equipment to make the most of your oceanside retreat. Paddleboards, kayaks, boats, jet skis, and fishing gear are all available to rent nearby. If you want to stay closer to home base, sparkling indoor and outdoor pools on-site are provided as well as access to the golf course. The airport, shopping centers, and local eateries are all nearby.





    Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Relax and make yourself at home among the modern furnishings, the plush furniture, and the nautical decor. Nice space to stay, but there are stairs

The layout is nice for multiple people and the balcony is refreshing in the morning. Just be aware that there are stairs and no elevator. That wasn't a deal breaker for us, as I've stayed here multiple times now.

Property very spacious, clean, bright, beautiful decor, pool nearby, quiet, peaceful atmosphere, great place!

When we showed up at the property and walked in it smelled like dirty mop water throughout the place. The carpets were dirty and covered in stains. The toilet seats were covered in pee stains, the guest bed was hard like concrete. The pots and pans were dirty and just thrown in the cabinets. The silverware they have in the property were all mixed matched and tossed in the drawer. There was the bare minimum of towels, garbage bags, paper towels and any cleaning supplies (think about 1 day of supplies for an 8 night stay). It was a terrible experience and would never recommend this place. We left almost immediately and did not stay at the property. Also the property management company for this property is horrible to work with. They do not return messages in a timely manner.

The unit has beautiful furniture, more than enough pots, pans, and paper products. I am so disappointed because the unit is not well maintained. There are spider webs on the front door and on the balcony there are leaves and more spider webs. The carpet in both bedrooms is hideous. It’s extremely dirty in both bedrooms. I’m sure it can’t be that expensive to get the carpet shampooed. When I started to fix breakfast on our first day there were skillets and pots underneath the sink that were dirty. I’m not sure who the owner has as a cleaning company but they suck. They aren’t doing a god job. The code lock on the door is a NIGHTMARE! We were constantly locked outside the door waiting for the code to reset. We called Vascs the management team and they finally allowed us to use the key in the lock box. This unit could be great, the location is beautiful but I’m upset about being locked out the door each time we went out and the dirty carpets.
