This beautiful condo in the SOUTH TOWER features two queen beds in the bedroom with a pull down murphy bed in the living room allowing plenty of room for your family or a girls getaway! Cozy up under the warm linens. The room has 1 bathroom and a fully stocked kitchen allowing you to enjoy cooking in your own space. The living room has a new comfy couch and a dining room table allowing you to sit and enjoy your meals! Step out onto the balcony and enjoy the sunrise while you sip your coffee!

In the common areas of the south tower you have access to 5 bodies of water which include a lazy river, kiddie pool, outdoor hot tub, indoor hot tub, and indoor heated pool. About 30 seconds away at our North tower, you will have access to our outdoor pool which is not heated.

We are a non-smoking property. Smoking inside of the building, the unit or on balconies is NOT ALLOWED! No pets and no parties. Violations will result in up to a $250 fine per occurrence and/or eviction.
