Experience historic Mystic from our bright 4-bed, 2-bath waterfront home. Overlooking the Mystic Seaport Shipyard, this unique property features a main house and a detached cottage, comfortably sleeping your group. The Space:
Our property offers a unique and flexible layout with a light, coastal theme, creating a bright and relaxing atmosphere for your stay. It consists of a main house and a private, detached cottage.

Main House
* The main floor features an open-plan living and dining area, perfect for gathering.
* The modern, fully-equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and a GE gas stove.
* Three cozy bedrooms and a full bathroom are located on the second and third floors.

Detached Cottage
* For added privacy, the separate cottage houses the fourth bedroom and a second full bathroom on the ground floor.

We had a wonderful stay ... the home was clean, well stocked and located right by the Seaport Museum. It was easy to walk to downtown Mystic as well! Would highly recommend this home.

We had the best time at this property. We went here for our annual girls trip—six friends from college (20 years later). It’s in such a great location, just a 10-minute walk to downtown, on a quiet street. Walk for thirty seconds and you’re looking at the river. The house had everything we needed, and the owner was very easy to get in touch with quickly whenever we had a question. We would definitely come back.

Girls weekend

We stayed here this past weekend for a bachelorette weekend. The house was really cute, close to shops and perfect for the trip. The host was very helpful and always quick to respond which we really appreciated.

Great location and gorgeous property.

My family and friends stayed for two nights. The house was super clean, well appointed, close to the main strip, and communicating with the property manager was super easy. The street was quiet and being able to have your doggo with you made this spot pretty perfect. Would love to visit again!

Perfect Mystic Getaway

This lovely, super clean home is located in a quiet location near the Mystic River. A short walk to restaurants, shops, and the Mystic Seaport Museum. Gerard is an attentive host who made sure our stay was enjoyable. We highly recommend this property.

Family had a great time in this wonderful quaint home which provided everything needed for a relaxing stay. Great location. Walking distance to all but far enough away from the immediate downtown. Beautiful neighborhood and views of water. Would definitely stay again.

Wedding weekend

The house was perfect for our weekend stay - great location, clean and well set up. Communication and check in process couldn't have been easier. Nice to have a "private" separate guest house - a real bonus. Easy walk to town with all its shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Great location to explore Mystic!

The location of the property was perfect. We could easily walk to town right along the river. Also to the Seaport which was right near the house. The house was spotless, stocked with essentials, and the beds were comfortable. A perfect place to stay in Mystic! Gerard, the property manager was great. He quickly responded to any questions and needs.

Cutest home in best location

Everything about this home was great. We were pleasantly surprised by how easy of a walk to town it was, and scenic! Gerard was super easy to coordinate with and was very responsive. The online welcome packet was extremely helpful if we had any questions about using anything in the home. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful getaway

Great house in a fantastic location. This house was perfect for our family weekend. It had everything we needed and was exactly as pictures showed. Gerard was available if we needed anything and made sure all was going well. We enjoyed being able to walk along the river into Mystic town. We would definitely go back.

Great house and location

We hosted family for a week and the house could not have been more accommodating or convenient to downtown. We were able to walk to every location we wanted to in the downtown area. Steps away from being able to use the kayaks was a great way to start the morning. The house was in great shape and we had plenty of privacy on the back patio. Communication with the owner was excellent throughout the week when we had questions. We will definitely consider this house again when we come back to Mystic!

Flawless rental

Great location - able to walk to all Mystic attractions. House clean and well stocked. Only need to provide food. Nice having four bedrooms. Effortless check out is nice compared to most rentals. Only need to run dishwasher before leaving. They take care of everything else, even the trash. It is like staying at a hotel.

Family get away

Everything was wonderful. The location was perfect. A family of eight had plenty of room and plenty of amenities and I believe we use them all. Check in was painless. Gerard, the property manager owner was great. He kept in contact via phone or message pretty much daily, which was appreciated. I would recommend this location to anyone at any time. Great place .

Wonderful New England Charmer

We LOVED this little house. It was super close to the historic Mystic area, right behind the Mystic Maritime museum and so much more. The house was comfortable and so nicely appointed. I really appreciated the little separate unit in the back yard that had a 1st floor bathroom. If we plan a trip back to Mystic, we would definitely pick this adorable charmer again. The host was excellent also. Very responsive to any needs we had. We were able to bring our pups along which was a big deal for us. We only stay were our pups are welcome. 5 stars isn't really enough! Just an overall great experience

Spring Break Getaway

I am so glad my family & I took this trip to Mystic! Such a great place to visit, so much to see! Such an adorable coastal town with great restaurants, tons of shopping & things to do.We visited the aquarium so happy we did, love the Beluga whales! The house is in the perfect location, walking distance to downtown mystic, close to restaurants. We loved the Engine Room, highly recommended! The house had everything & more that we needed. My 18 year old son even had his own space in the guesthouse which he loved. Check in & check out were incredibly easy thanks to Gerard! I would absolutely stay here again & look forward to coming back soon!!

Location location location!

This property was spotless, beautifully furnished and steps from the water. They thought of everything. We were so relaxed the whole vacation. Short walk to Everything! Quiet neighborhood but not stuffy. The separate cottage gave us just enough space away from the kids. Great rental for multigenerational getaway. The bikes and kayaks were a nice perk as well as the propane grill, fully applianced kitchen and plenty of seating (inside and on lovely private patio!). Thank you!
