Staff was very welcoming prior to check in and the effort to converse with us in English was very much appreciated as we knew limited Japanese. They made sure to notify us of all their available amenities and we were lucky to join one of their star gazing events the night we had stayed their that was led by cafe owners nearby. The meals they serve were wonderfully presented as they shared details of what was provided and the rooms were spacious. The location was near the station and walking distance from the beach. Definitely a wonderful location if you plan to do more outdoor activities with Nachi Falls a bus ride away, and the beach within walking distance.

booked to visit the waterfall & World Heritage sites, which were sublime, and we equally enjoyed the hotel experience. gorgeous lobby felt like a mossy forest. we had beautiful ocean & mountain view from room & from onsen. the meals were a taste of Japan prepared especially for our vegetarian diets, which we sincerely appreciated. there were dance performances that we did not expect that were a treat. & the short walk around the coastal corner to see an island torii gate was a cherry on top. I don’t know if we will ever be back in this part of the world, but dream of returning & would book this hotel again. friendly staffthank you so much!

スタッフ一人一人が高い意識でサービスを行なっている感じがしました。また料理も地元産地を使った美味しいコースで、お腹いっぱいになるくらいあり満足度が高いです。 露天風呂は、程よい広さと清潔感がありました。 さまざまな種類が選べるシャンプーコーナーがあり、女性は喜びそうな面白いサービスがありました。 また利用しようと思います。

熊野古道 那智の滝に行くために宿泊しました。 部屋は新しくはないが清潔で 海も見えて景色が綺麗でした。 食事もとても美味しかったのですが 薄味が好きな私には少し塩味が強かったです。 スタッフの気のいいお兄さんと仲良くなって 食事の時間がとても楽しかったです。 相方の誕生日で宿泊したので お誕生日も祝ってもらえて 最高な想い出になりました。 温泉もとても良ったので 次回は滝が見えるともっと嬉しいです。 素敵な時間をありがとうございました。

建物は全体的に古く、もう少し掃除されていれば古くても清潔感があって良かった。 サービスは良く、ラウンジのドリンク飲み放題、担々麺月代わり無料サービス２１〜短時間 梅酒試飲（とても飲みやすい）シャンプーバーもありました。 部屋に入れとオーシャンビューが目に飛び込みますが畳の古い匂いがキツく空気清浄機を強にして騒音で過ごしました。 朝まで匂いは変わらなかった。 ミネラルウォーターサーバー（廊下）までボトルを持って汲みに行かないといけない。 サービス菓子は鮪煎餅でした。 脱衣所の換気扇がホコリが積もりアレルギーが出てしまいました。 温泉は広く温度はぬるめでした。 中国人観光客女性が露天風呂の出入り引き戸を壊して、露天風呂に出れなかったので従業員に電話してドアを直してもらいました。 対応は早かったです。 コインランドリー利用したのですがモバイル払いは可能だが現金の両替ができずフロントまで戻る事になったのが不自由でした。 洗濯機は使いました400円 乾燥機は特に埃で汚いので使えなかった。 1日2回位は清掃するべき。 朝食は、地産地消の食材で、どれも美味しかった。

温泉はシャンプーバーがあって、いろんなシャンプートリートメント（ドラッグストアでよく売ってるもの）を選ぶことができました。備え付けのよくあるものは髪の毛がきしむので、ありがたかったです。スタッフも丁寧で明るい接客でした。施設内は所々古さを感じましたが、リニューアルしたとのことで部屋の中はキレイで不自由なかったです。夕食のマグロが美味しかったのと、沢山のご当地ものが食べられて良かったです。

夏に2泊で利用させてもらいました。連泊だったので同じ食事になるのかなとちょっと心配していましたが、違うメニューで出していただき二日間とも楽しむことができました。温泉は男湯は写真通りの広くて景色の良い露天風呂でしたご、女湯はやや小さめで景色も見れなかったようです。ちょっと残念。他は良かったです。
