Maison spacieuse, piscine grande, espace extĂ©rieur splendide, cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e, Ă©lectromĂ©nager de bonne qualitĂ©Cependant.Il semble clair que les propriĂ©taires n’ont pas habitĂ© dans cette maison. Elle n’est pas amĂ©nagĂ©e de façon Ă  se retrouver chez soiIl a fait trĂšs chaud ce mois d’aoĂ»t. L’étage est une fournaise, il est impossible d’y mettre les pieds en journĂ©e. Et le soir, les murs sont brulantsA l’étage, 2 chambres ont une climatisation. La 3e chambre devient inutilisable. Il n’est pas possible d’ouvrir les fenĂȘtres Ă  cause des insectes.Une grande personne a du mal Ă  se positionner pour la douche dans la salle du bain de haut, mansardĂ©e. La baignoire est glissante, ma fille a glissĂ©. Nous avons achetĂ© et laissĂ© le tapis de douche aprĂšs notre sĂ©jour. Il est impossible en journĂ©e d’utiliser cette douche et les toilettes Ă  cause de la chaleur. Le robinet goutte, visiblement ça ne gĂȘne pas notre contact Ă  qui nous l’avons signalĂ©La chambre au rdc a un climatiseur mobile. Merci, nous n’aurions pas pu dormir autrement.Aucune moustiquaire dans toute la maison. Impossible de laisser les fenĂȘtres ouvertes. Nous sommes obligĂ©s de tout fermer, il fait chaud, aucune aĂ©ration.Robinet de cuisine cassĂ©La chambre du bas a un lit double. C'est en fait 2 petits lits collĂ©s, avec donc au final un espace au milieu entre les matelas et c'est gĂȘnantLes chaises de tables sont inconfortablesLes fauteuils sont inconfortablesLe mur dans la chambre du bas est fissurĂ©

Propriété indigne et à fuir

PropriĂ©tĂ© non close donnant sur une route. Cela pose un problĂšme de sĂ©curitĂ© pour les enfants et animaux domestiques. Cette maison est non climatisĂ©e. Les chambres du haut ne permettent pas de dormir, tant la chaleur est insoutenable. La maison est trĂšs mal entretenue et Ă©quipĂ©e trĂšs sommairement, notamment sa cuisine obsolĂšte, avec un vieux rĂ©frigĂ©rateur bruyant sous-dimensionnĂ© pour une famille. La maison est trĂšs sale, nombreuses et trĂšs anciennes toiles d'araignĂ©e, noires de crasse, cheveux dans un recoin de chambre, bondes de salle de bains obstruĂ©es. Les placards du salon sont chargĂ©s d'objets mĂ©langĂ©s appartenant Ă  des estivants. Le sol nettoyĂ© par nos soins a rendu une eau noire aprĂšs passage d'une serpilliĂšre que nous avons achetĂ©e. La piscine est vieille et dĂ©labrĂ©e. Elle perd ses petits carreaux et le ciment brouille l'eau, sans compter ses fuites. SiĂšges pliants de piscine cassĂ©s, couverts de cuisine et vaisselle totalement dĂ©pareillĂ©s, planche Ă  repasser sale de petite dimension, fer entartrĂ©, aspirateur trĂšs peu performant, la liste est longue. Rien n'est fait pour le confort des vacanciers Ă  qui on manque de respect. Pour trois semaines, nous avons demandĂ© Ă  ce que les draps soient changĂ©s deux fois. Au terme de vifs Ă©changes de mails nous avons obtenu satisfaction. Nous sommes extrĂȘmement déçus. Cette location jette le discrĂ©dit sur le site de rĂ©servation, qui sans doute doit l'ignorer, et qui nous a toujours donnĂ© satisfaction.

Lieu magnifique, au calme.

La maison est situĂ©e dans un joli village, au calme. Le restaurant localisĂ© Ă  200 mĂštres est excellent. La piscine est trĂšs grande et agrĂ©able mĂȘme si elle est un peu vieillissante. Elle n’est pas chauffĂ©e. La maison est trĂšs grande, bien disposĂ©e et elle est entretenue mais Ă  notĂ© un point important : Ă  l’étage les chambres ne sont pas du tout isolĂ©es et il y a des « velux « sans rideau isolant. De ce fait c’est une « fournaise « lĂ  haut et trĂšs compliquĂ© pour dormir. Ce n’est pas possible pour un bĂ©bĂ©. MalgrĂ© ce dĂ©sagrĂ©ment, nous avons passĂ© de belles journĂ©es dans le jardin et la piscine, repos total.

Las Costes, un vrai bonheur!

C'est notre troisiÚme location dans la région et Las Costes est la maison la plus agréable que nous ayons eu. Une vue et une tranquillité à toute épreuve une terrasse avec une pergola de vignes trÚs agréable le soir.
