"One of the worse places I have every been. It has the worse experience and the staffs were so unprofessional plus their was no hot water in the room. Not only that they had bad bugs which bit my family and they were like yeah we have them in our rooms. When I asked them why didn't you tell me when I checked in they were like or you can cancel your stay we don't have a problem and hanged up on me. So unprofessional and disrespectful to the customer's"

"Our room was near the pools and lagoon which meant easy access. There were lots of free activities offered, some of which were in the large outdoor pool if you wanted to join in. The staff were very friendly, helpful and seemed to be happy to be working at the Marriott no matter what they were doing...and had beautiful singing voices which we often heard if a celebration was held or a person was leaving. The breakfast offered a large, varied selection of food for all nationalities to choose from was an enjoyable start to the day, The downside to our stay was that we really enjoyed our time in a beautiful setting but the cost meant we wouldn't be able to return for a while."

"Room was amazing , staff were amazing, food was amazing . We stand vibes were amazing , I think there should be a live band more each night , it helps with atmosphere. The beach outside the hotel isn’t a white sandy beach with crystal clear water it’s black sand and black water so that was a bit disappointing, but you just go on day trips to the outer islands for that fix . Also with having shutters with insect screens and no windows , I was woken up early by loud noises - rubbish trucks , beeping vehicles and people starting there day and there’s no way to close a window to stop that noise , that was my only issue really . But not enough to put me off . I think all up it’s a 4 out of 5 for me"
