Centrally located to all restaurants in Naga City. As a supposedly 2 year old hotel, it has a lot of potential but lacks basic property management. Upkeep and maintenance is visibly poor such as the sewer smell in the basement parking, elevator and hallway. I heard hotel got flooded last year and unable to provide solution to the sewer smell. Its next door to the Bicol river which i think makes it susceptible to flooding. For the room, we checked in with water stained mirrors, moldy shower head, leakage on kitchen vent (reported it, staff just put a towel to catch the leak and never came back to fix it), and unmopped floor behind hidden corners. Very tight space and you have to literally walk sideways to go to the far end bedside. We also ask for extra towels (we booked 4 and they put 2), and when we asked for extra towels, they questioned why we needed more. Lastly, the worst part, there is no room WiFi and non existent except for the lobby. We reported it and she ridiculously replied its due to the rain and weather. I worked in Telecoms and this is an easy fix and just shows poor instalation in all rooms and care from management. When you people going down to the lobby just to get a decent WiFi is a sign of absolute lack of care. We've read pass reviews and this is not a new issue. You are basically guaranteeing no repeat customers with this management approach for a 2 year old hotel with 2 year old excuse of "soft opening".
