The location is outstanding, just a few steps from Nagano Station. The reception staff member was efficient and professional. The hotel is old, faded, and tired, suffering from years of deferred maintenance. However, given its location, it is value for money.

The previous reviews I read were better than what I saw when I got there. The property seemed scary with old fashion key and large fob, room was darker than photos, breakfast was lukewarm, on paper plates and cups. Friendly staff, but I was glad it was only one night.

It doesn’t worth with money . Go Toyoko hotel .

The room is very dark. No night in the entrance hallway. If you check in at night time , bring your torch with you for lamination. There is only 1 light in the bathroom and 2 ceiling lights in the room. They still use key to open and lock door. Breakfast is a joke. Only coffee , ice waterand orange juice. 2 kinds of pastries. Miso soup. Curry and rice. That’s all.

長野駅を拠点にして色んな場所に観光に行けます。長野駅周辺ホテルは値段が高いところが多いですが、こちらのホテルは比較的手頃です。スタッフはよくご挨拶してくれるので印象がいいです。

駅近で老舗感半端ないホテル。オートロックでもない扉で鍵の閉め忘れだけ要注意、朝食はカレーかパンという究極私が好きじゃない二つだったので納豆和食系がいい人はやめた方が良いです。スタッフの方も優し買ったので良かったですが、とにかく古いのでそれでもいい方はかなりおすすめ

大きなホテルの裏にある小さなホテルです。外観はレンガ造りで趣きがあり、繁華街からも少し離れてるので、周りは静かでとても好印象でした。長野駅の善光寺口から歩いて2分くらいじゃないでしょうか？とても近いです。夜8時以降はホテルの周りの飲食店も閉まるし、近くにコンビニもないので不便と捉えるか閑静と捉えるか。朝食ビュッフェも付いていて、嬉しかったです。私は大満足です。

次の日のマラソン用の臨時列車に合わせて、朝食を午前三時に用意していただきました。簡単とは言え、カロリー調整にはちょうどよかったです。
