A Great Hotel Close to Nagano Station

This hotel is very convenient at only a 3 minute walk to the station. It’s on the quiet side of the station which makes it nice too. Rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a natural hot spring on the 2nd floor which is a nice treat after a long day of walking. Lots of good restaurants on the other side of the station. Both my wife and I thought the Livemax was a good deal.

駅前なので遅い時間も比較的明るく女性でも安心でした。 部屋も綺麗で大浴場も落ち着いた雰囲気で、清掃も行き届いて良かったです。

今回は車で行きましたが、長野駅からも近いので電車利用の方にもお勧めです。 ホテルの方は親切に併設のパーキングよりも1〜2分離れた所の方が安価ですよ。と教えてくれました。ありがとうございました。

自動チェックイン機でのチェックインを促されるが、「スタッフがご予約を確認しております」という画面でかなりの間待たされ、合計10分以上を要した。二台のうち一台で不具合？があった外国人客に対しての応対が終わると同時にカードキーが出てきたので、一台ずつしか対応できないということなら、2台置く意味がないと思いました。 カフェが閉鎖？されていて朝食がついていませんでした。今回は結果的に8時前にチェックアウトすることになったので、自分たちで取るしかなかったのですが、素泊まり料金としては、部屋の広さや設備に照らして高いと感じます。 お風呂は温泉でサウナもあり気持ちよかったのですが、脱衣所も浴室も４人ずつくらいでゆったりな感じだったので、部屋のテレビで混雑状況などが案内されていると良いと感じました。

駅近でコンビニも近くにあり良い

チェックイン時に説明が一切ないので大浴場が何階なのか、タオルはや部屋から持った行くのかなど全くわからなかった。部屋にも書いてないし、電話もないので困った。改善したらいいと思う
