Nice hotel with reasonable tariff for a family

Nice Hotel to stay even for a family. Service was good, Staff were obedient. Rooms were big and clean. Would love to visit again in my next tour to Nagpur.

Refund the amount of booking

Sir, Please refer my booking had in Hotel Vrindavan, Nagpur, India for the period from 07.01.2025 to 10.01.2025 under Itinerary #72060572461994. In this regard it is to inform you that Hotel Personal not allowed me to check-in in the hotel on 07.01.2025. They have informed me that they have cancelled my booking and accordingly inform you (Hotel.com) also about the same through their email on 06.01.2025. I have already raised my problem with you through email on 07.01.2025 and over phone on 07.01.2025 but no support provided from your end. As the hotel has cancelled my booking and not allowed me to check-in during my stay period, you are therefore requested to refund the amount pre-paid by me to Hotel.com for the same purpose.
