We can not reach them by phone even if we need emergency request or questions. Actually I needed to ask car parking availability but they have no telephone number for direct human access, only AI answer. I parked my car in front if the hotel and visit a front counter yo ask the parkings.

The room on the 10th floor was a comfort room. Room was just really small for comfort room. Bathroom was very nice, but with raised sink, no place to put makeup or brush teeth really. Had great view of parade is why we booked it. Not a bad place, just really small.
