Not too bad

The house is smaller than I expected, and the biggest issue is the flat is at 5/F, so we have to carry our luggage to walk the stairs. Parking is easy but it's not free, but not expensive, highly recommend the restaurant downstairs.

5階の部屋を利用しました。立地は国際通りや旭橋駅に近く便利で、料金も安い点は評価できます。しかし、それ以外は正直おすすめできません。 布団には前の利用者の毛髪が付着しており、シーツを洗っていないのではないかと思わせるほど不快でした。壁も非常に薄く、隣の部屋の生活音がはっきり聞こえ、落ち着いて過ごせません。室内全体に清潔感が欠けており、「安かろう悪かろう」という印象が拭えませんでした。 立地と価格だけが取り柄の施設で、快適さや安心感を求める方にはまったく不向きです。神に誓っても二度とリピートはしません。

Best Choice

부모님과 미취학 어린자녀 포함 9명의 대식구가 이용하였습니다. 아랫층이 필로티라서 층간소음에 부담이 없었고 방이 여러개라서 대식구가 이용하기에 적합합니다. 씻는곳은 한군데이지만 변기가 있는 화장실은 두군데라서 편리했고 주방시설이 있어서 너무 좋았어요. 침대뿐만 아니라 매트리스가 많아서 어린 자녀들이 바닥에서 자기가 좋았습니다! 방이 사이트의 사진과 동일합니다!

登る階段が汚くて，部屋の掃除も行き届いてなくて，枕のカバーに髪の毛がついてました。お風呂場とトイレのスリッパが共用で，水道の水圧がとても低かったです。フライパンや，お鍋が，凄く古くて使いづらかったです。改善点が，一杯ありました。

4泊お世話になりました。 家電は一通り揃っていて助かりましたが、エアコン、リビング照明、携帯充電をしてる時に他の部屋の照明を付けるだけでブレーカーが落ちて不自由でした。シャワー中もブレーカーが落ちて真っ暗になったりするのでかなり節電しながらでないと困ってしまうと思います。 私が利用したお部屋はシャワーのみのお部屋でしたが、そのシャワーも湧き水程度の水量に感じました。ちょろちょろです。 室内は綺麗に清掃してる感じはありましたが、洗面に髭が沢山落ちていたりキッチンのドアがギトギトだったり、私にはちょっと無理でした。

除了便宜之外，有幾個不滿意的地方。第一，洗澡方面，即使開了熱水遙控器，洗澡水時冷時熱。第二，相片與實際環境不符合，空間並不夠三人入住。第三，如果有大型行李的人，你可能要注意沒有升降機。第四，清潔度及設施比較差，沙發多塵埃，廁所沒有洗手液，變相會出去廚房位置洗手。
