Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Property was okay as construction work going on but the service was pathetic. The phone in the room and the Tv was out of service, after complaining one of the hotel staff gave his mobile number to co ordinate any request. We called to order food for dinner as my partner had to take medicines after meal, the hotel staff was drunk af and forgot about our order when we called them after about an hour to enquire about food, the staff was not in a condition to talk as he was so drunk and by that time kitchen was also closed. My partner was bound to take medicines empty stomach. The first thing in the morning we went straight to check out. And they did not even applogized for that poor service rather they were laughing at us. Never had such a terrible stay.
