"The bathrooms are shared and our room was on the 2nd floor and the men’s restroom and shower were on the 3rd floor up stairs with no handrails. The restaurant does not serve dinner only breakfast for guests and you sleep on futons on the floor and no chair in the room"

Very charming Showa Era coffee shop inside the Nakatsugawa station, a must visit! Visitor center is a helpful resource, located next to the station.

Verified traveler

Staff made one large mistake: a replacement pocket WiFi was shipped to us by vendor but delivered to wrong building at hotel address. Staff failed to communicate with each other so we did not receive it despite several inquiries by us.
