I love the property as I have stayed there before. The only reason that it got a bad rating from me is that I was not informed until we arrived, that the pool was out of order. I would have preferred to have been told before we arrived. Due to this, we did not stay and found alternative accommodation with a pool. Please fix it, K.S. Pavilion Hotel, as you really are clean and well located.

I have just returned from a 3 week holiday in Thailand and stayed in 8 different hotels and this place was the worst by a long way. Upon arriving there i was told that i had not booked. While i tried to sort this out with the lady at reception she kept on answering the phone and left me standing there. Finally she found the booking confirmation and gave me the keys to a room. No sooner had i got to the room the phone rang. It was reception telling me that i had not paid for the room. I went back to reception and after a while the same lady managed to find the payment confirmation. It was later that i was told that this lady is allegedly the owner. I then decided to go for something to eat. Upon my return i thought i better check the room out. Toilet seat was broken, shower was broken, light fitting was coming away from the ceiling and the room was dirty. I took photos to back this up. We rang reception and was given another room. This again was not great but i was told it was the only other room that was available. On the morning we were checking out we asked the girls on reception if they could order a taxi for us for 9.30. We asked at 8.00. We came down and checked out at 9.15 and sat waiting for the taxi. By 9.35 we were still waiting for the taxi so i asked the girls on reception if they had ordered it for me. They replied that they couldn't get through to the taxi man.If i had not asked i would have missed the bus we were catching. In a nutshell just avoid this place.
