We took part in the 3-days-walk in Higashimarsuyama and decided to stay in Shinrin Hotel because it’s positioned just 2 walking minutes away from Shinrin-koen station. At all we had a PERFECT STAY. The hotel is very clean, has a lovely public bath (Onsen) and serves a very good breakfast. All the staff is very helpful. Opposite of the hotel there is even a 24 h supermarket with a ATM. For our purpose we could not have made a better decision and are sure we will come and stay there again.

とても綺麗な館内で、お風呂もサウナも気持ちよく利用することができました。 また、朝ごはんもとてもおいしく、特にパンが絶品でした！ また近くに用事があれば利用したいです^_^

とにかく施設や部屋はきれいで清潔。あと、一階のレストランは、朝食、昼食、夕食と食べたけれど、とにかく美味い。めちゃくちゃ美味い。大浴場はそんなに大きくもないけれど、やはりきれいで過ごしやすい。露天風呂は空すらもよく見えないくらいだが、気持ちいい。全体的にケチのつけようもないのだが、あえてケチをつけるなら、朝食のデザートはまったく美味しくない。でも、それくらいしか駄目なところが見つからない。

気持ちよく過ごすことができました。 室内は、机上や洗面台は余計なものがなく使いやすく、椅子がいくつかあるのも便利でした。 そしていつも感心するのは朝食。 ウィンナーにまで野菜が添えられている心配り。カルパッチョがお気に入りです。ジュースも美味しい。普通のメニュー、唐揚げやパン、ペペロンチーノまで美味しい！楽しかったです。フレッシュフルーツがあったら嬉しいです。 とても若そうなスタッフさんたち。 フレッシュで感じがよかったですよ。 また利用させていただきます。

当日チェックインの1時間前に予約をし一名で向かうと２名で予約になっていた。その場で、は泣き寝入り。 チェックイン後にチャットで問い合わせしホテル側に確認して連絡をくれる内容でしたがいまだにメールなど来てない。 現時点でまだ2泊分今月海外ホテル予約をエクスペディアでしてしまっていたので非常に後悔している。

全てに満足。特に皆さん書いていらっしゃいますが、無料とは思えない充実したビュッフェ朝食が美味しくて最高でした。 シェフが直接子供に声をかけてくださり、オムレツを作って席まで持ってきていただいた時は本当に感動しました。 また泊まりに行きたいと思います！
