Everything was excellent. Great room, convenient location, and professional service. It has the feel of a hotel geared to business travelers. I would stay there again without a moment’s hesitation. The only thing missing was any warmth. The staff does not stand or sit out at the front desk, greeting guests as they enter or leave. They come out from the glass paneled office when they see someone requiring assistance. They are unfailingly professional and helpful, but very formal.

Our stay at Mercure was simply amazing. We felt very welcomed, the room was wonderful, and the breakfast was delicious. The location right next to the train station was incredibly convenient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Nancy!

Des points à améliorer

Souci d’ascenseurs : 1 seul sur les 2 fonctionne. De plus, il nous a fallut l’attendre 10’ et faire intervenir la réception (ascenseur bloqué ? en panne ? ou attente due au personnel de ménage qui l’utilise avec ses chariots). Plateau avec bouteilles vides et verres posé par terre, dans le couloir, à côté de notre chambre (6ème étage) et qui y est resté toute la journée et toute la soirée malgré le fait d’avoir prévenu la réception dans l’après-midi … En conclusion, chambres correspondant aux standards Mercure, mais quelques points d’amélioration à signaler.

Bien pour un passage a Nancy.

Séjour d'affaires. Les chambres sont propres et confortables. On voit que des petites rénovation sont faites pour entretenir l'etablissement mais les parties communes ne sont plus digne d'un Mercure. Face a la gare donc pratique, pas si bruyant pour l'emplacement, l'insonorisation reste correcte. L'essentiel est là et je recommande pour un passage à Nancy grâce à son emplacement.
