"The staff was very friendly and very helpful. You can tell that they were trained well by the manager. Hotel service, accommodations, etc. I don’t believe any hotel can compare with this one. Trips to Disneyland and the nearby zoo was a special treat for us. Shuttle service was provided by the hotel. The breakfast was of Chinese cuisine and very healthy. "The room is huge and the bathroom is a luxury! Bed is comfortable and this is the only hotel that gave me the best sleep! Good privacy and quiet within the hotel. Staff at the ski concierge are polite and provide good refreshments for us to take a break. Dinner at the Teppanyaki restaurant is sooo good, all ingredients served are so fresh. I regret for not staying longer so I will be back again. "
