Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all dirty towels in the washing machine (do not need to turn it on)
Remove all garbage (bathroom included) and recycling. You may dispose of items in green bins on left hand side of drive as you are leaving the property.
Return swipe card(s) and ALL towels. Missing items will result in replacement fees being added to your reservation ($50 per card/$25 per towel) **Leave the suite as you found it upon your check-in**
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

NO SHOES IN SUITE. Please use the shoes rack at the front entrance. Thank you for helping to keep The Tides free of sand, dirt, grit and grime.
All towels within the suite are the property of The Tides. If you take any towels outside of the suite please return them or you will be charged a fee
Only use warm water water and mild soap to clean the cabinets. Anything other could damage the surface and guests could be liable to pay a damage fee.

Amazing prestine place to stay. Waking up to ocean view everyday is a blessing. We had an amzing time here. Check in was super easy and kitchen had everything's we needed minus some spices and condiments which we brought but thats expected.

Perfect!

Perfect trip! Awesome place! Awesome host! Great location! Had a great stay at this beautiful well appointed condo. Was the perfect oasis to relax after a day of touring around. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sunset and just chilling. Raylene was quick to answer any questions I had. She is the perfect host! I’ve stayed in the area the past 3 years and this is by far the best place I have stayed at. Looking forward to staying here again next year. Highly recommended.
