Naoshima is an enchanting island. We were delighted that we stayed right on the beach in Sana Mane glamp and enjoyed sunrises and sunsets. It is a pleasure to walk around Benesse House and Chischu art museum territory.

The in-house laundry facility is convenient. The room looks outdated: the steps into the bathroom can be risky for older people. The bathtub is too deep and has no grab bars. The staff can be quite unhelpful. We asked for a room change to a room with a shower outside of the tub. We were charged extra ...
