Really nice properly in town setting. A bit far to walk to first street where everything is going on but not too far. Breakfast was great. 1-Star deduction for the upstairs rooms, it's a old house with stair case the turns at 90 degree with dangerous narrow steps. This is not shown in photos. If your good shape go for it. The cottages on ground level would be recommended or the one room accessable from the back side with safer steps.

Hotel and room were clean and nicely appointed. They had a key less entry system, so we were able to enter the inn and our room with a code that we got beforehand. TV was a little small, but we really didn't have time to use it. The bed had soft sheets and was very comfortable. The bathroom had nice plush towels and was spotless. The reason for the 3 was that we were expecting breakfast and even got a message stating, "complimentary gluten free breakfast" as one of the amenities, but I was informed in the morning that breakfast is not offered Nov-Feb. Also, received a message about taking out the trash, which was a little confusing. I inquired about it early in the morning, but didn't not receive a response about the trash, 30 minutes before checkout. Overall, we had a pleasant stay in the inn. We didn't spend too much time there, but while there, it was very comfortable. It was nice and quiet, I think we might have been the only ones staying there that night. The lack of breakfast was a disappointing, which is one of the highly featured perks of the inn.

This property was so quaint! Fowler Cottage was delightful-and had so many amenities. Breakfast was delicious. I travel almost 350 days out of the year and try to stay at places that are out of the ordinary and with a little more character than a typical hotel. This property was perfect and I can't wait to stay there again when I visit Napa.

Wonderful Bed & Breakfast property!

Amazing property and very friendly staff. Great breakfast … kudos to the Chef who provided very tasty and interesting meals. Easy walk to central restaurant/wine tasting area in the City of Napa. Would highly recommend. Only recommendation would be to have more EV plug-ins parking spaces. We had to go downtown to charge our vehicle as the one stall was being used both days.

This property is but over rated , we paid for one night almost 600.00 dollars, the property is very good and our room was nice and pretty but at soon I seat in bed it crack so I end to sleep very uncomfortable in a Broken bed, there no staff at night so was nobody to let them know about until next day, this place is a big house converted into inn , don’t get me wrong I love it otherwise; but I think I need some refund not all but some. I can say the staff was excellent, food was very delicious.

Melanie and her family are adorable! They were very attentive at breakfast time and food was outstanding! However, the only thing I didn’t understand that everything was electronic now from taking my reservation to finding my room. If I had a question, I’d call and leave a message thinking I’d get an actual person to talk to me but when I’d have my question answered, they’d reply via text. It was frustrating and unprofessional. When I came here 7 years ago, there was someone that picked up a phone, took my reservation, greeted me upon arrival and showed me to my room. There was always someone there to answer my questions whether it was a question about dinner reservations or wine tasting recommendations. Now, it seems cold and impersonal. I understand, it’s a lot easier with the world of electronics nowadays but if I wanted to do that, I’d just go to a Airbnb. Other than that, everything was great! Thanks!

Couple trip to Napa

This was sooo amazing, CLEAN, and absolutely beautiful! I love bleach & I could smell the bleach in the beautiful white sheets! This was our 1st stay with the Inn On Randolph & will not be our last 😊. Very private intimate cottage for a couple with a private outdoor patio space. This could also be a wonderful place for a Wedding party to stay. The breakfast was also very good, well plated & ample serving size. We had our breakfast delivered to our cottage which was an added touch to enjoy breakfast in bed or our own small dining table. The bed was very comfortable, sparate ac unit, heated floor in the bathroom was fire, so many nice little details that make this Inn an excellent stay! The only negative thing we can say about the cottage is the TV Lol. Its small (maybe like a 35-40 in on the wall) for the grandeur of the room they should probably consider upgrading the TV to a larger screen. Otherwise, you will not be disappointed with your stay. They offered early check in for stay which worked out extremely well for our plans because it allowed us to check in when we arrived & do some sight seeing/wine tasting before the concert at Blue Note Napa. The venue is close, down the street. (I wouldnt consider it walking distance if your wearing heels). Neighborhood is very pretty & tranquil. Some might consider it a pricey stay for 1 night but if you want to pamper yourself, its well worth it and the breakfast is included with the stay. Highly recommend!

This property was very nice and clean. We only stayed for 1 night but it was very convenient, great location, and in a quiet neighborhood. Rooms were very clean and the bed was incredibly soft. Has an outside patio area to hang out at mingle which was very nice. The sheets felt amazing. Definitely will be coming back when in Napa valley again!

No one was actually on the property. We arrived about 30 minutes before check in time and couldn’t get in to the room because everything was contactless. Prior to that the sent me at least 5 messages in succession asking for data they already had access to through Expedia (ie which room I was staying in, email address, what days I’d be staying). They then tried to send an email offering “early check in” for $15/hour. Insane. If the room is ready guests should be able to access it. I wouldn’t have booked this place had I known they were so aggressively anti contact and anti customer service. Disclosures about how they actually operate (it’s a guest house and no one is on the property and if you arrive even 30 minutes early, too bad, no room access for you…) would have been appropriate
