I have designed and constructed a new and spa-like space for my special guests. I love to welcome my guests with a glass of premium wine such as Duckhorn, Goldeneye, Goosecross, Bouchaine or Foley Johnson.

It is on the ground floor with the residence is above. My guests are invited to park in the tandem driveway next to the apartment. It features a spacious room with an adjustable king-size bed, 55" LG smart TV with sound bar (lots of cable networks Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Paramount+, Apple +, Max.+. Serene exclusive Patio with Umbrella table. Regular and decaf coffees, assorted teas, and chocolates are offered to my guests. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are dispensed in the shower and extra amenities are stocked in the bathroom. A newly installed EV Charger for my guests to use for their electric cars.
