I would rate this hotel as a 4-star property rather than a 5-star. The rooms feel somewhat dated and do not meet the quality typically expected of a five-star hotel. However, they do meet the expectations of a solid four-star hotel overall.

Exe Majestic
The bed was not comfortable and air conditioning was not working as apparently there is some law that in Italy that they can't turn on air conditioning during the winter. We had to open the windows at night and it was too noisy. Breakfast was average also.

Palazzo Alabardieri
A wonderful place to stay in the heart of Naples. It seems the property was recently renovated and was super clean with beautifully decorated rooms and common areas. Reception staff was very helpful.
