Beautiful Pet Friendly Condo-close to everything! Prof. cleaned and sanitized.

  • We would love to have you as our guest! Welcome to our updated, well appointed 2nd floor condo in gated Falling Waters community. Our goal is to have you relax and enjoy our comfortable condo - clean, cozy and inviting. And just wait until you see the HUGE lanai for morning coffee, outdoor dinner, family game night or a relaxing evening glass of wine.
    Large pool, club house, tennis, bocce, horseshoes, etc.
    Professionally cleaned and sanitized between all tenants.
    Close to beaches and downtown Naples shopping and restaurants. Fishing, bike trails, Naples Zoo, Botanical Gardens, all minutes away.
    Marco Island and Isles of Capri are just a short drive away and provide even more beach and restaurant options.
    Dogs permitted (Additional fee, 2 dog max) Bonita Springs is less than a half hour drive and has a great dog beach!
    Two bedroom, two bath, huge lanai with lake view, secure parking. Twin beds can convert to king in 2nd bedroom.
    HOA requires 30 day advance notice of renters. Please submit rental request as soon as possible.
