Great Location

Super clean , very tastefully decorated and very convenient to everything! Check in was simple. We had a small issue with wifi and Thimas got right back to us! The pool was a lovely touch! Would definitely stay here again!

Great house close to everything

Stayed here for a few weeks. Clean house with nice heated private pool. Walk to Mercato or the beach. There are a ton of nice restaurants within 5 minutes. Will stay here again.

Super great house with just enough room, excellent pool, small yard, safe neighborhood, perfect walking area including to beach near Ritz, and thoughtful and courteous host who is very responsive. Second stay and look forward to returning.

Peaceful updated home in Naples Park

We spent a week in Naples extending our January FL East Coast winter escape from MN. It was nice relaxing by the pool and walking to the beach for Gulf sunsets.

We had an amazing stay here! The house was very clean, the host accommodating and responsive to questions with quick timing! Lots of beach toys, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc.The heated pool was wonderful to relax next to or float around with floats provided!Would stay again!

Great experience in Naples Florida!!!

Overall we were very satisfied with the properties and when we did encounter a small issue Thomas was able to quickly provide us with options to easily accommodate and make our stay comfortable with ease…we plan to enlist in another of his properties for our next stay.

Relaxing stay in quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay and found the home to be very clean, comfortable, and convenient to everything. We would for sure stay again. It was nice to have plenty of pool/beach toys, umbrellas and home basics. Thank you for having coffee filters! We always forget to check the size and have to make two trips to the store.Probably the most comfortable place we’ve stayed in a long time. Thank you for being a great host!

Starfish Cottage

The house was great and in a centrally located neighborhood with lots of restaurants close by. We really enjoyed the private pool and spent most of our time just relaxing in the sun. Thomas was very responsive and a great host. We hope to come back soon.

Beautiful and Comfortable

Great place, comfortable, clean. The backless perfect and the pool was a big plus. You can find everything you need in the house to have a great experience, Bikes, beach toys and chairs The area is fantastic, very close drive to shops, Walmart, Publix , restaurant and of course the beach . Great family vacation!

My family and I had a very relaxing stay at this home. The location is great, with access to restaurants, shopping and the beach. The home was clean and had lots of great amenities like bikes, beach chairs, etc. We spent a lot of time enjoying the backyard and pool area. Thomas was excellent from check-in to check-out and very responsive throughout. We will definitely be back!

This was a great property for my husband & I to enjoy some down time and soak up the sun. This home was clean and had everything we needed. Nice location, close to beach with plenty of restaurants & grocery options. Thomas was was available and quick to respond to questions we had prior to and during our stay.

Great place!

We truly enjoyed our week here. We loved having our own private home and the pool was a huge hit with our two four year olds. The house was clean and loved all the amenities, there’s nothing like coming home from vacation with clean laundry! Everything we wanted to do was only a 5-30 minute drive (beach, zoo, botanical gardens, groceries, great places to eat). Thomas was wonderful to work with, we highly recommend this place!

Great location and wonderful house!

My wife and I stayed here for 5 days as I was working remotely in the area. She had the pleasure of having a little vacation while I worked most of the day. The house was in excellent condition, clean and the pool was wonderful! Communication with Thomas was excellent and he was able to get us an extra day at the last minute. The house had everything we needed (plus a welcome package!) and was close to the beach! We'll definitely stay here again when we're in the area.

Nice property close to the beach

We really enjoyed the pool and the neighborhood. We did have an issue with the AC unit on our second day there, the owner got someone out within a few hours but overall it took about 3 hrs from letting him know to the company having it fixed which was a little unfortunate because we had to cancel our plans for the day because we didn't want anyone in the house without us there because we had everything unpacked. Overall quick response and nice place, would stay again

You should stay here!

My girlfriend and I were going to go to St Croix but when we looked at the weather for the week we were going to go it looked overcast so we randomly chose Naples, Florida - and we are so glad we did!! The house is beautiful and clean and Thomas was an awesome host!! Lots to do nearby; the beach, the zoo, museum, mini golf, shopping and great restaurants! We loved the very private pool out back, the tile floors throughout, the washer and dryer and the garage! We have traveled extensively and I have to say, this is one of my favorite places that we’ve ever stayed. Highly recommended!!

Just what we needed!

Very cute little spot for a young family. The neighborhood was amazing- we felt like we hit the jackpot there! Amenities in the cottage were everything you needed, especially the kitchen appliances (toaster and blenders got lots of use!) and we really appreciated the beach toys and gear. The backyard was so cute, private and the pool was a perfect size and great for kids. We will definitely check out Thomas’s other rentals!
