The location is fantastic for most every thing you need. The apartment is so spacious that everyone has their space and it is very comfortable. The house is not well stocked so be prepared for a grocery shop when you arrive. If you are staying during Mosquito season....bring spray!! Those guys will find you! Also if you use Uber...some drivers don't want come down the street...so we ended up using the road at the end as our pickup spot and had better luck getting a car.

Une petite perle cachée dans un voisinage qui ne paie pas mine. Le grand appartement est situé dans un immeuble décrépit mais dès le seuil de la porte franchie, vous êtes accueillis par un appartement rénové et confortable, à la propreté irréprochable et joliement décoré. Notre hôtesse Tania nous accueille de façon cordiale et les communications sont efficaces. Les appareils ménagers sont récents et fonctionnels et la climatisation est efficace. La location est très bien située à un coin de rue du métro Municipio (qui permet d'accéder rapidement à Museo, Duomo et Garibaldi/Centrale). A partir de cette même station metro, il y a un long tapis roulant qui nous amène(et nos valises) au port et à l'arrêt d'autobus vers l'aéroport ou encore vers le le terminal des navettes maritimes vers Ischia, Sorrento etc . A quelques minutes de marche de l'appartement, il y a quelques trattorias intéressantes mais également un bon supermarket. Bref, nous avons été ravis de notre hébergement.

This was an amazing place to stay. The location is great for getting on the ferry and for day trips. The host was super helpful. It was great to do laundry at. The space was huge for our large family. Highly recommend!!

Great value with a few drawbacks

Large, comfortable 4 bedroom apartment for very reasonable price. However there were a few drawbacks. The immediate neighborhood is a little sketchy, but it is within walking distance of the port and some of the major sites. The other surprise is that the apartment is on the 5th floor. There is an elevator, but you first have to carry your luggage up a couple flight of stairs to reach elevator. The other issue of note is that it’s not stocked very well. Make sure you bring your own soap, shampoo, extra toilet paper, etc. The host was very responsive and was helpful in getting a taxi to airport which proved to be more difficult than expected.

Notre magnifique séjour chez Tania

Nous étions ravis de notre séjour ! Appartement est beau et très bien placé et Tania très sympathique ! Seul un petit défaut, l'équipement de cuisine n'est pas suffisant pour 6 ou 8 personnes mais Tania va sûrement remédier à ça . A recommander chaleureusement!

Nice Accommodation

We were a family of 6 adults and stayed for 3 nights. Accommodation is nice and spacious. It is close to a Metro Station. We did tours of Vesuvius/Pompeii and Amalfi Coast during the days and did not do much in Naples itself (except visiting nearby Spanish quarters and eating out locally in the evening), so can’t speak to how central it is for other locations but the Fort is nearby and it doesn’t take too long to get to the Central Station via Metro. Restaurants are available at a short walk. Tania, the host was available, communication was good, and she got an issue we had with toilet promptly fixed. Overall we are happy with our stay.

Un appartement immense, 4 chambres et tout le confort, idéalement situé à proximité du quartier espagnol.Tout Naples est accessible facilement et on a profité d’une journée pour visiter l’île de Procida, petite mais magnifique car protégée du tourisme de masse.

Great location and fabulous host!

My mother, sister and I spent 4 nights in Tania’s wonderful apartment. The location is perfect to reach all of the major sights and neighborhoods of Napoli. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable and Tania is a perfect host! I would love to return.

Lovely, Large, and Located Condo

This lovely condo is large and located in a great area. It is amazing how big the condo is. It is conveniently located to coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. The booking, communication, and check-in were great. Tania was a wonderful host from beginning to end. She met us there to explain everything and had some good recommendations. We would stay there again if we go back to Naples. If you go to Naples, be extremely careful when crossing the busy streets because the motorcyclists are crazy!

Naples Weekend

Great apartment in a fantastic location in the centre of Naples. Very spacious and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again. Tania as host was excellent, very friendly and efficient, even had the apartment ready for us early on arrival. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect gateway to Napoli

This is a lovely apartment near the Castle Nuevo and the Port in Naples. It is within walking distance of most of the sites and fun areas of the city. The apartment is large, sunny and well equipped. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one a bath. The kitchen has a large table and is well equipped. There are 20 marble stairs (with a landing) to get to the elevator. The only problem we had was that Naples is full of mosquitos in raining, wet water, so we had a lot of them. Bring insect repellent (DEET) if you are in spring through early fall.
