"This was an overnight stay to be close to the airport due to a very early flight out. The area is pretty scetchy and loud. There were 4 of us and 3 beds in the room and they chose to not put sheets on the 3rd bed as they just assumed we would use the two double beds. The shower floor was really gross too. "

"The B and B is in an apartment building. There is no sign on the outside of the building. The manager met us and brought us to the apartment and explained the self service breakfast. "I have stayed in hostels across more than seven countries, and CX Naples Centrale is by far the best hostel experience I've had. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They made it easy for me to store my luggage before check-in and after check-out, which was very convenient for sightseeing around Naples. I was especially impressed by their assistance when my locker lock malfunctioned and I couldn't open it. The staff responded quickly, solved the problem professionally, and made what could have been a stressful situation completely hassle-free. The facilities were modern, clean, and well-maintained, and the level of customer service truly stood out. I would highly recommend CX Naples Centrale to anyone visiting Naples and would gladly stay here again."
