Unfortunately we stayed whilst there was a huge wedding taking place. Which meant loud music, and no food facilities available. Management did not give us prior warning, Whilst staff were pleasant it was not appropriate. The rooms are odd, but clean. It is suitable for a stay prior to an early flight from Naples only. Otherwise it was unpleasant. We didn’t even have a window in our room.

We loved this hotel! We booked this without knowing how beautiful the property is. The staff are friendly and everything was sparking clean! There is no free shuttle to the airport but they help schedule taxis. The free shuttle takes you to the bus station in the central area - great shopping and food! Definitely recommend!

Lovely hotel thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Staff were helpful with requests and questions. Room was clean. Beautiful pool area and fabulous bar on the terrace. 20minute walk to the closest station which has easy access to Napoli, Pompeii and Sorrento, but the hotel do offer a frequent service too. Would highly recommend this hotel to suite all needs whether it's a relaxing break or an exploring break. Thank you all :)

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, vor allem mit Blick direkt auf den Vesuv vom Pool aus. Von der Terrasse schöner Ausblick auf die gesamte Stadt. Sehr nettes Personal, Zimmer sehr modern und sauber. Das einzigste ist, dass dort tatsächlich fast täglich Hochzeiten sind. Wenn man das Zimmer direkt über dem Hochzeitsraum hat, ist die Musik sehr laut. Es liegen aber vorsorglich Ohrapax parat. Um das Hotel rum, gibt es kleine Supermärkte und eine kleine Pizzeria, ca. 400 m entfernt ist eine schöne Rooftopbar.

Bodde här i 2 dagar. Giuseppe och Jean Pierre var fantastiska. Hotellet var fint. Dock inte så agriturismigt (?) och området var inte så kul. Gick flest guidade turer till vesuvius och Pompei från Neapel men vi lyckades boka oss in på en till slut från vår location.

Fantastisk oase med fremragende service og skøn pool Il San Cristoforo er en sand perle i Ercolano, som imponerer med sine store, topmoderne og rene værelser. Det absolutte højdepunkt er det fantastiske poolområde, som fungerer som en fredelig oase efter en lang dag med sightseeing. Det utroligt venlige og imødekommende personale yder en service i topklasse, og hotellets gratis shuttle-service gør transporten utrolig nem og bekvem. Værd at vide om mad og logistik: Det er vigtigt at være opmærksom på, at hotellet ligger i et roligt område lidt væk fra byens centrum. Hvis du ønsker at spise på de lokale restauranter i området omkring hotellet, kræver det lidt planlægning og nogle små gåture på cirka 20 minutter. Det kan dog helt sikkert betale sig, da maden og den autentiske stemning i nærområdet er alle anstrengelserne værd. The hotel is fantastic, set on beautiful grounds with very well kept gardens, grand entrance and waterfall. The views are great, with Vesuvius sat to the front and views of Italy from the balconies. The staff are the best, accommodating, kind, and will help you with what ever you need, also very knowledgeable on area to help you with your travel plans and food spots! Breakfast is good with a selection of meats, cheeses, pastries, juices, cereals etc. the property is about 7mins away from the train station that takes you to Napoli/Pompeii/Sorrento, and there’s are free hotel shuffles to that station throughout that day (the hotel have a shuffle time table). You can get to the airport via that train station (and then a quick bus) also. Hotel pool is stunning, and quiet and you can easily spend all day there. Super clean with a pool bar open all day and serving great lunch items like burgers, fries, pasta, pastries. The hotel has an evening balcony bar open until late which is a peaceful place to spend the evening, and other balconies with egg chairs and seating. There are weddings there everyday but it does not interrupt your stay at all and is quite separate to main hotel guests and doesn’t keep you up. We enjoyed the live bands most evenings from the wedding parties that we could hear from the hotel bar. It’s a 10/10 base hotel for a mix of exploring Pompeii/Herculaneum/Sorrento/Amalfi/Napoli and relaxing by the pool in stunning settings

This was a last minute choice between touring Herculaneum and an early flight from Naples. Our last night in Italy, and it far exceeded our expectations. Apparently this was converted from a private villa, and it is used frequently toy as a wedding venue. The grounds were exceptional and the rooms and decor new and modern. Yes, there was a wedding going on, so lots of music, but it was festive! The staff were exceptional and welcoming. The restaurant was excellent with lots of unexpected treats. Very happy!

Walter at check in was extremely helpful with orienting us to the hotel, parking, and restaurant options. Our room was well maintained and comfortable, the grounds were impeccably maintained and the restaurant had excellent food. Be aware that the parking lot is a bit removed from the hotel front door. There is a golf cart type vehicle used to transport people and luggage to and from the parking lot. One fault - the address to this location is not as it appears on the instructions as Via Sacerdote Cozzolino Benedetto 29I - That last digit is not the number one, it is a capital letter I. We had a difficult time plugging this address into the car's GPS!

My wife and I came form Canada and stayed here for a week for a stop on our honeymoon and all I can say is wow. Walter at the front desk was absolutely amazing and that was just the start of our trip. It was one of the only places to get a full breakfast around and it was amazing quality. The whole stay and the staff were perfect. The restaurant on the property is incredible food albeit a little pricey but you are getting extreme quality for the price so it is worth it. If you have a chance to get married here or just stay here I would highly recommend. All the front desk staff were incredibly helpful with whatever request we had whether it was a cab or a dinner reservation at one of the local restaurants. It is nice the hotel is a little out of the hustle of Naples center. Although it is out of the way a bit it is super easy to get into central Naples. The grounds of the hotel are beautifully landscaped as well. Overall it was a perfect stay and if we ever went back to that area of Italy we would absolutely stay here again.
