About this property

On the water, 35' DOCK SPACE! CENTER OF NAPLES! Access to Sebago and Long Lakes

  • Spacious 1,500 square ft on the lake. The living space is on the second floor of a large house, overlooking the lake. The Master Queen bedroom has its own private bathroom. The two other bedrooms on the main floor have queen beds also.. The kitchen (with quartz countertops), the dining room and living area are all open to each other for open living concept. 35' dock slip for a boat is on the property giving access to both Sebago lake and Long lake. Finally, the deck is just off the living and dining area overlooking two Marinas and Brandy Pond.

    Some of the amenities include WI-FI, a 65” TV, air conditioning, and one on-site parking space that is assigned with more free parking available on the main street.
