The completely renovated and finely furnished apartment is located on the first floor (with elevator) of one of the 4 monumental buildings in Piazza Nicola Amore, each of which has the characteristic portal flanked by two pairs of telamons that accentuate the grandeur of the buildings. Comfortable apartment with a unique and unparalleled location for visiting and experiencing Naples.
The Duomo station of line 1 of the Naples metro is directly in the square, under the house. This is another art station in Naples, among the most beautiful in the world. Twenty years of work to create the Duomo station, whose work began in 2001, now you can go down and immerse yourself up to 40 meters in the great history of Naples. The Duomo station was designed by the star architect Massimiliano Fuksas and his wife Doriana Mandrelli, the delay in the work for the Duomo station is largely due to the discovery just 8 meters below the level of the square of a Roman temple dedicated to the Isolimpici games, a large temple from the first century AD.
The apartment has a characteristic architecture of four windows - vaulted balconies that overlook the large internal atrium of the building. Despite being in the center of Naples, the apartment is quiet allowing for excellent rest. It is equipped with a kitchen complete with accessories, dishes, crockery and appliances: induction hob, oven, fridge / freezer and coffee machine with capsules.
The spacious, comfortable bedroom with flat screen TV, air conditioning as well as a comfortable double sofa bed in the large living area.
The house is reserved for non-smokers and is equipped with wifi and air conditioning that can also be used as a heat pump.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The unit is located centrally in Naples and it's a short walk to the metro and most attractions. However, the unit is sandwiched between an arterial road and a highly used street and there is limited/no sound insulation, so you hear all passing vehicles, pedestrians and party-goers. If quiet is important for your stay, this is not a unit that I would recommend. The check in service was excellent and our host was able to provide us with suggestions for restaurants and supermarkets. Overall, a good experience.
