Escape to Sunset Point, a pet-friendly oasis situated on beautiful Brandy Pond in the Sebago Lake Region of Maine! With water on three sides and a lawn that slopes down to the waterfront, this home is truly a slice of paradise. This property features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and plenty of space to gather as a family. Take in breathtaking views from every angle of the house and relax on the 50' dock, complete with a sitting area. The kiddos and pups will love the sprawling yard perfect for some fun in the sun. End the day with some s'mores around the fire pit, then cozy up for some board game action in the large family room. A canoe, kayak, blow-up kayak, and paddle board are all provided for you to explore the crystal-clear waters!

2025 Rates: $686/night PEAK season $429/night LOW season $286/night OFF season

- $200 cleaning fee
- $100 Trash Deposit
- 2 dogs max with $100 pet fee per pet
- Property can sleep 9 guests all week plus 2 extra guests for 1-2 nights
- Heat pump in living room/kitchen area & window A/C unit in master bedroom

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome spot for a family vacation. 3rd year staying at this property. Kids had a great time kayaking, tubing , fishing. All around great property and location. A great time was had by all.

Shared dinners, evening walks, fire pit evenings. Plenty of room for kids to play inside and out. Third year and looking forward to returning next summer.
