Sunshine Daydream, located just 1 mile from the beach, has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. The home is within walking or biking distance of many restaurants, shopping centers, recreational activities, and beaches. This completely renovated bungalow, in the sought-after 500 block of Naples Park, with top-of-the-line finishes is sure to amaze!!! There is plenty of room for the whole family with this open floor plan and a large, covered lanai overlooking a private tropical oasis with an enclosed, heated pool and spa.

The covered, screened lanai has comfortable sofa seating as well as an outdoor table, flat screened tv, lounge chairs, and a Weber LP grill. There is also an outdoor shower to wash off the sand after returning from your day at the beach.

The fully stocked kitchen is state-of-the-art with gleaming quartz counters, SS appliances, pantry, and a huge island with counter seating for 5. The large laundry room has a new (2023) front-load washer and dryer, utility sink, and loads of cabinet space. There is a new (2021) whole-house water filtration system.

The home has a dedicated dining room with seating for 6 that also shares duty as a home office. It is set up with a spacious desk, bookcase, and a wireless printer.

The master bedroom boasts a split-king adjustable bed, a private updated bath, and access via a sliding patio door to the lanai. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed and the third bedroom has two XL twin beds that can be made into a king bed upon request. The two guest bedrooms share a beautiful bathroom with plenty of storage.

This home is equipped with everything you could possibly need for your beach vacation including including a family pass to Delnor-Wiggins State Park, beach chairs and umbrella, sand toys, 4 bicycles and helmets, a kids bike trailer, books, games, and puzzles. We also provide a pack-n-play, baby monitor, sound machine, a booster high chair, kids cups, plates, and silverware for any families traveling with small children.

Non-shedding dogs are welcome with owners approval prior to booking.

This was our first time to SW Florida and we had a great stay. Ruth’s house was the perfect size. It is in a great location, clean, well decorated, comfortable beds, and we loved the outdoor space with the pool. It is where we hung out as a family the most. We stay at 2-3 vacation condos/houses every year and this one is at the top of our list. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful home, great location

Great Family beach getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed this property in Naples. Great location to beaches with everything you’d need...bikes, toys, towels, umbrellas, beach pass, etc. The home is furnished with a clean and bright beach vibe which made it even more enjoyable. Plenty of space for our family and all the amenities we needed; pack and play, booster seat, family games, and a wonderful warm pool and hot tub. Can’t wait to come back!

Christmas in Naples

The property was as advertised and then some. Very clean, easy to follow instructions for every functional piece of equipment from light switches to pool heater. Well thought out and ample amenities for guests. Stylish decor and updated everything. I visited friends who were also renting in Naples over the holiday and all I could do was exhale when I left! Definately deserving of a 5 star rating...

Great location and house!

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Very comfortable house. We were 5 adults but 6 would have been fine. Easy walk or bike to beach. Excellent shopping and restaurants close by and only about 20 minutes to Old Naples. 30 minutes to RSW Airport. Enjoyed the Lanai and pool every afternoon. Ate outside every night that we cooked in the well-equipped kitchen. Would love to go back to this place. Owner was very nice and stayed in touch frequently to ensure everything was good.

Vacation in Naples

The house is beautiful! It looks even better than the pictures show. We had plenty of space (family of 5). The house is very immaculate inside and out. The appliances are very clean and top of the line. The kitchen was very well stocked which was nice. The bathrooms were beautiful and super clean. Each bathroom has soap, shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper. The house has everything that you need for vacation: beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs, even a cooler to take on the beach. There are 4 bikes plus a bike trailer for the kids. It’s only 7 min. To the beach by bike. The pool and jacuzzi were very clean. The owners were very easy to reach and very responsive to questions. The neighborhood was quiet. We will stay again for sure.

Naples gem

I’ve been booking thru VRBO for the past few years, and I can honestly say this is at the top of my list. The owner Ruth, from the gate was top notch, after booking she requested a live phone call to get to know me, and my family. We talked for a good half hour or so getting to know each other. From there, she kept open communication with me about payments, questions, or anything else we may need. The day before heading down to Naples I received check in instructions, clear and very easy to follow. Check in was flawless. We stayed a total of 11 nights, best nights sleep I have ever gotten in a rental property. Beds are like sleeping on marsh mellows!! My families favorite thing about the house was obviously the pool area, but Ruth went above and beyond with the screened in pool area. Last year, we had a beautiful pool at our rental property in Georgia, but the mosquitos down south must love our northern blood, we got eaten alive in Georgia, but not this year!! We would swim all night long in Naples here, and not get a single bite. To boot, you also have the spa which was great too!! Anyways, you can come to this property with your clothes, and your groceries and not need a single other item. Ruth provides you with EVERYTHING you could possibly need. So please, take my advice and book a stay here, you will not regret it. Everything is within 2 miles of the property, the beach, Walmart, Publix grocery store, alcohol for the adults, endless places to eat dinner, and then go get ice cream. Come on people, it’s not rocket science, do it, you only live once!! Live like Kings and Queens at Ruth’s property here in Naples Florida!!

This home was amazing! It was very clean and obviously recently updated with all the best finishes. My family especially loved the pool and hot tub! Beaches were very close by and the home offered everything needed to enjoy the beaches with towels, umbrellas, chairs and coolers, including a backpack cooler which we primarily used. The beds were very comfortable, and there were even extra toiletries if needed. We found everything we needed to cook meals in the beautiful kitchen. There are four bicycles with helmets and bike locks which we used to ride the short distance to Vanderbilt Beach. Although we didn’t need it, there was also a toddler trailer for the bikes and a tent for children at the beach. The outdoor TV was amazing, just had to use our own passwords to access streaming devices. The neighborhood was quiet, and the location was not far from Walmart or restaurants. My family has already decided to return to this home!

Perfect Family Getaway in Naples

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house in Naples! The house was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable family vacation. The pool was a big hit - we especially enjoyed relaxing in the Jacuzzi in the evenings. It really felt like a home away from home. Best of all, the beach was just a short drive away - perfect for sunset visits! We’d love to come back if we’re ever in the area again.

Beautiful Property and Great Location

The seamless outdoor living from family room to patio to pool was fantastic. Incredibly clean and the updates felt like we were staying in a brand-new home. The bikes were an added and much used bonus. Owner was very helpful. We would definitely choose this property again!

As Advertised and More!!

What can we say about this rental that has not already been said? It is more than advertise. Like lots of folks, I rely mostly on the five star rating and the review comments when choosing a rental. We could not find a single flaw in any of the reviews and that is why we chose this place and it did not disappoint. Ruth has thought of literally everything. We even tried to stump the rental at some point by saying “Surelythey won’t have a juicer.” Well, they had a juicer. Same with a few other unusual kitchen items. She has them all. The house is marvelously appointed and extremely comfortable. We were there for an orchestra audition, and there was plenty of room to make noise and not worry about disturbing the neighbors. The bathrooms were gorgeous, and the bedrooms were wonderful. All of the beds were extremely comfortable. I love that. There is new washer and dryer. We use them very often. Mostly, we spent our time on the back deck by the pool. The pool was beautiful, clean, bug free, and had everything we would want. I never thought I would care about having an outdoor television, but we used it often. The hot tub was wonderful as well. We did not have to worry about heating the pool as the temperature. It was plenty warm enough. The location proximity to the beach was amazing, The beach pass was also a welcome addition, to the state park. The neighborhood itself felt very safe. Lots of families. We never worried at all. Ruth is a fantastic host, in constant communication.

Simply Sensational!!!

My family and I had the opportunity to rent the Sunshine Daydream & had the absolute best vacation experience! Mrs. Ruth goes above & beyond to accommodate your every need by communication with you before your arrival & during your stay. It is immaculate & private with having quick access to beaches, dining, & shopping. Beach gear/beach towels are provided so all you have to do is unpack your suitcase & have fun! The outdoor living space & pool were top notch & enjoyable to relax at after a day at the beach. We will definitely return to this rental in the future!

Great vacation in a superior house

A wonderful vacation in a beautiful, perfectly equipped house with a high feel-good factor. Everything was exactly as described, we found everything clean and tidy. We were able to make excellent use of the outdoor facilities with heated pool and whirlpool. The area is very quiet and close to the beautiful Vanderbilt beach. We were able to reach it in 5 minutes with the bicycles in the house. The communication with Ruth was perfect, engaging and extremely helpful. We will be back!
