This property was absolutely amazing - the house, pool and landscape were beautiful, and everything was spotless. Alissa and Derek were the best hosts! Anything we could have needed was stocked at the house, along with a special goodie bag that was a nice surprise. We will definitely be back, and highly recommend staying here!

Relaxing getaway

My family had a wonderful time! Plenty of room for all 7 of us. The pool and spa were just what we needed to relax and rejuvenate. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was perfect! It is in a safe, quiet neighborhood and has everything a person needs and then some. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the evenings! Our host was great! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Naples review

We rented this property to visit my Mom, who lives in the area. The location is perfect to her, activities, restaurants and beach. The house is very clean and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Derek was a great host and got back to us promptly when we had questions. Great house, perfect location... Will definitely rent here again.

Florida Vacation

We spent a wonderful week at this property, even with hurricane Milton occurring two days prior to our arrival. The house and property were immaculate and as advertised. The home is well equipped with everything you need to have a great stay. The homeowner was extremely responsive to any questions or requests. This was especially important relative to the property status after the hurricane. I would highly recommend any of this homeowner's properties. We hope to stay here again.

Thanksgiving 2023

Property is fabulous, very well equipped, lots of extras like Alexa annd streaming services included annd anppreciated. Derek is the perfect host. Unfortunately while there I had to have emergency surgery and Derek changed his plans to make sure I could recuperate in the house and not have to move location. Couldn’t recommend more highly

Very Clean and Comfortable

We had a truly wonderful break from the New England winter, while we stayed for the month of February, in this beautiful home. The beds are comfy, linens are great. Gotta love the TVs in all 4 bedrooms! Everything you need for a relaxing time is here.The location in Briarwood is excellent ... a short drive to downtown, a short drive to the beach, at Lowdermilk Park and so many delicious places to have lunch or dinner. Derek, thank you again for the welcome basket! Looking forward to next time!!

Family trip

Derek was very accommodating. We had some troubles with the pool heater but he worked very hard to get it going and installed a new heater to save our trip! Loved all of the amenities including the bikes, the pickle ball, the basketball, even light hand weights. . it made for a need for a perfect trip for our active teenagers. Close to stores/ beach etc.Everything you need is in the house- soaps/ linens/ detergents/ spices/ games/ toys etc etc. Would definitely recommend!

Relaxing

This house was amazing, beautiful and clean. I was amazed at everything that was available in the house( beach chairs, cooler, pool toys and bikes for every age). Derek was available for any questions I had. The only thing that was an issue was the living room TV. We tried to get it to work but couldn’t, but it wasn’t a big deal for us. I would definitely rent this house again and recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting the area.

A wondeful place to stay

We had a beautiful stay at Dereks holiday home. We were three parties and the house - how it's divided - was just perfect. there is this nice main living area with kitchen and dining table and the three parts with the bedrooms and ensuite, which give you the perfect possibility to withdraw. The house is located in a very nice community, everything is clean, nicely kept and it is so quiet. really lovely. The house is clean and very well equipped - couldn't be better for a family with a kids. As we had some little issues with the tv box and the WLAN at the beginning of our stay, Derek immediately organized somebody to take care of it. And when we needed help because of a hospital stay, he helped us with our car rental company without asking. We really appreciated this. Long story short: Beautiful house with a very nice and helpful lessor. All the best for you and your family. A & S.

Tívoli Oasis Better than Expectations!

We rented Tivoli Oasis for a week long vacation. We were 2 families with 8 people in total and this home, with its amenities and location were absolutely perfect for us. Very clean, updated, well-stocked and beautiful! I'm not sure if some of these items were left over from previous guests or if DL Vacation Rentals placed them in the home but we found new kitchen sponge, trash bags, dish and dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, paper towels, toilet paper. These are items I usually bring from home. The garage was filled with lots of beach/pool toys, chairs, umbrellas, games, tennis rackets, skateboard, bikes..... anything you'd need! There're also 2 drying racks for hanging clothes not using the dryer. Communication with Derek was great! We texted him with some last minute questions and he was quick to respond. Another family member rented a different DL property and that one was incredibly beautiful, as well! He has 5 total properties with 4 of them in this Briarwood neighborhood so next year we will be SURE to contact Derek to rent again for our large family gathering.

Wow, Best Vacation Home ever! Clean & Comfortable

Our family enjoyed 7 relaxing nights over Labor Day week in this amazing home. I would like to start off by saying that the pictures are very precise!..... The House was completely remodeled recently and was furnished with luxurious furnishings throughout, beautiful matching art work, fully equipped upscale kitchen cabinets, hi end appliances, including XL washer/dryer......It has a beautiful custom designed master bath suite with a nice stand alone tub, large rainfall shower with an amazing view of the canal. We loved the bright open floor that allows you to view the pristine pool and lanai area from any room in the house. The pool is maintained weekly which kept it nice and clean all week for us..... Our family really enjoyed sleeping on this vacation because the house is furnished with very comfortable premium beds, pillows and soft plush covers..... The house is very well located in a nice and safe community, within a short drive to Coastland Mall, upscale restaurants and the beach ..... We had an amazing time, one of the most relaxing vacations ever and must admit this is the nicest vacation home we have ever rented.....We ate all of our meals outside in the lanai while listening to music and enjoyed the privacy of the backyard and view of the beautiful sparkling pool and Canal..... The house was equipped with everything we needed for a fun day at the beach with the family( beach chairs and Umbrella, beach coolers, water toys, and good quality beach towels)... The rental process was very simple, the owner (Derek) was great at answering all my questions promptly....Derek, We thank you for sharing your home with us and we will definitely make this our home away from home for future vacations. I would recommend this vacation home to anyone.

Great house and great communications with owners

Our trip to Tivoli Oasis was a great experience. Inwould give it a 4.5 overall, if they allowed. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed for our week stay. The pool and spa were perfect as the kids really enjoyed it. Check in was a breeze as was check out. The house was located about 10-15 minutes away from stores or restaurants and 20 minutes from the beach. We had 4 adults and 3 children aged 9-11 and we had no issues with spacing as there was plenty of it. The bathrooms and pool were stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries. Our only issues were with the beds, and how firm they were. It was difficult to fall asleep and stay sleep, especially if you're not used to a very firm bed. I would suggest a soft mattess topper to soften them up. Outside of the beds, the house was perfect and its definitely a place we wpuld stay again.

Relaxing Break

The place was great! It was quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed walking and biking. Really private feel with enclosed pool. Easy check-in and communications. We didn’t fully utilize the size with only two, but would stay with family next time.

Best house we’ve ever rented

The location was great and in a very nice, gated community. The layout of the house was perfect and centered around the pool area. The full-wall sliders that opened to the pool area really made for a great living space. The property had every amenity that we could have wanted with the smallest details making the stay even more comfortable. Also, tennis rackets, bikes, cornhole and more were available for our use. Derek, the homeowner, was great to work with. We will definitely be back!

Very nice property in a great setting

It was a perfect spot for a group or family. The bedrooms had plenty of separation, the pool area was great, and the living room and kitchen were large and welcoming. The gated community also had a pool, so there were lots of options for swimming and sun.
