The efficiency itself looks just like the pictures that are posted. It seemed to be clean, but was part of a house with a separate entrance. We did not have a way to regulate temperature unless you contacted the owner. All the controls are in his place, which was disappointing and not at all convenient. Also as you enter the efficiency, there is two slight step-ups and I stubbed my toe and almost fell going in the first time. It should be painted a red or yellow so people can see it. There's also another step up from the kitchen to the entrance to the bathroom which caught both of us off guard. We are elderly people and these are easy places to fall. The outside was mud and sand and lots of construction debris in the yard. It also seemed like we were in a non-American neighborhood. We had to buy a broom to keep the floor clean due to all the samd that was dragged on our shoes.
