Our host (Francesco) was very polite and had great communication. We were the first guest to ever stay in the apartment, which was exciting! All rooms, including the kitchen have amazing ice cold AC and the apartment is very spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable, and there is extra bedding in the dressers if you more blankets. In total, the apartment had three small balconies, one off of each bedroom. The stairs leading to the apartment are not in the best shape however there is a lift you can take that cost 10 cents per ride, and Francesco left us with a few dimes for our first day until we got more.
