The Attic 'Panorama' - Breathtaking view of the gulf

  • Recently renovated in a contemporary style, the apartment offers spectacular views of the Gulf of Naples, from Mount Vesuvius to Capri. Located on the top floor of a historic villa with an elevator, the penthouse consists of a large living area with an open kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a private terrace. In addition, guests have free access to a private parking space in the courtyard (unattended).

    The Space
    Recently renovated in a contemporary style, the penthouse overlooks the Gulf of Naples from the highest point on the Posillipo hill: the view is truly breathtaking, stretching from Vesuvius to Capri, with the city at your feet!

    Located on the top floor of a historic early 20th-century villa equipped with an elevator, the penthouse is very bright and consists of a large living area with an open kitchen, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms with windows.

    An internal staircase within the apartment leads to the rooftop terrace, where you can admire a breathtaking 360-degree view!

    In addition, our accommodation includes a complimentary private parking space on the villa’s driveway for the exclusive use of our guests, who will have a remote control for the automatic gate. There is also a video surveillance system covering the outdoor areas.
